Polar Ice Bath Recovery Tub / 370L Portable Ice Bath for Cold Water Therapy Training/an Ice Bathtub for Athletes - Adult Spa for Ice Baths and Soaking - Outdoor Cold Plunge Tub (Black)

I don't even leave reviews but this product has blown me away with regards to the quality of the product, the packaging, the price and the delivery. To start with, the ice bath was delivered a day early which was a real treat as I was excitedly counting down the sleeps. Secondly, the packaging was second to none with clear instructions and even spare pieces should you need it in the future. The assembly didn't take me long at all and I was surprised at how quickly the tub fills up. The ice bath also came with a free ice pillow gift which was a real treat and surprise as well. The ice bath is spacious and feels extremely sturdy and I can comfortably climb in and easily sit cross legged in there ( I am 5ft 9). I often sea swim to help with my pain as I suffer with an autoimmune disease which causes me joint pain so I bought this to allow me to be able to continue to feel the benefits of cold water therapy all year round even on days where the weather isn't great or I can't make it down to the sea. The cold water is a huge relief and even after only one 15 minute session in there tonight (my first go) I can confidently say this will help me no end and I came out feeling amazing. I would definitely recommend this product and with having the extra promotional 30% off voucher it made it a real bargain!

As a family we wanted to improve our mental and physical health. I heard a lot about ice bath therapy and decided to buy one for father's Day knowing that everyone in the family would use and benefit from it. The Polar Recovery Tub was very reasonably priced and the only tub I could find with 12 months warranty. My husband was thrilled to receive his tub but unfortunately there was a tiny hole at the very top which only leaked when the water level increased when the tub was occupied. I contacted the seller, who instantly replied reassuring me of a replacement. I had several messages keeping me informed of my replacement, tracking information etc. I have never experienced customer service quite like this. Amazing! This is why we should support small businesses as they look after their customers. I can't tell you how impressed I am of their level of service. I would recommend them whole heartedly. The tub, is incredibly easy to put together, it takes up little space In the garden. It comes with an elasticated lid that keeps bugs and leaves out, a floating thermometer, water outlet spout with hose and pump for inflating the comfortable ring around the top of the tub. It's incredibly sturdy and very spacious inside. We are already enjoying the benefits of the tub and only wish I'd bought one sooner.

Most of the poles's caps were cracked, why? Some black dust covered the outlet tap, don't know what it is, it made my hands gone black and took a bit of time to wash off before continuing the installation. It could be the dyke powder to the plastic. Some comments were 5* and most were given in between these 2 months. I am testing it if it leaks as quite a few users mentioned that it leaked after using it for a short while. It looks nice and good for its values as you have everything you need to install it plus a lid and an ice pack, a two layers lid, an air pump, outlet tap and a bit of hose extension to the outlet tap. It claimed it was made in the UK. Not sure if it was because I bought a tub last year and I found many parts and accessaries were the same as my previous foreign made tub that I bought. But the previous tub that I bought leaked after 3 times after the third time it started leaking. I just binned it. Anyway, It was about half of this tub's price only. it was slightly smaller in its diameter but was in the same depth. I hope this warranty could be extended a bit longer for it's reject and refund if something wrong with it. It is still very cold to soak my body in the garden. I have never tried the icy cold bath before. But I love to soak myself in the garden when it is warm and sunny. I really feel good and relaxed whenever my skin exposed to the warm sunvan breeze I hope this tub could last longer. I am testing if it leaks at the moment. It is definitely looked very good to me, apart from the pole caps were cracked. If ith leaks, I will change my 5* review after I could try it in the garden later when it is warmer

My ice bath developed a puncture (not down to mis-use) and the company refused to offer a replacement under warranty Their customer service was shockingly bad Buy an ice bath from a different company - there’s plenty out there to choose from

I have used the Polar Recovery Tub twice, and I am very impressed with its performance. It was easy to assemble, taking only a short amount of time to set up. The tub seems like a good product, providing an effective solution for cold water therapy and ice baths. It’s perfect for athletes needing a reliable and portable option for recovery. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality ice bath tub.

Imagine transforming your back garden into a personal retreat where every dip revitalises and refreshes you. Setting up the tub was straightforward, with clear instructions and all the necessary parts included. My initial concern about the size disappeared as I, standing at 5’10” and weighing 99kg, found it spacious and comfortable. The build quality is solid, and though it's durable, I did encounter a minor issue with the inflatable rim, which was quickly sorted. Maintaining the temperature can be challenging during the warmer months, but the thermal lid does an excellent job of keeping the water cool for longer. I've incorporated this into my post-gym routine, and it’s been fantastic for muscle recovery. The side drain and extendable hose make emptying simple, allowing me to recycle the water for my garden, an added bonus! A stellar buy backed by superb customer service, it’s made coping with London’s unpredictable weather a bit more bearable.

Transforming my garden into a little sanctuary has been quite the adventure lately, and the cold water therapy tub has played an essential part in it. Setting it up was straightforward, although I did face a slight challenge with the initial inflation. Once filled, the tub took shape instantly, making my post-run dips an absolute delight. The tub’s durability held up well, but the cover has a sneaky habit of collecting rainwater, which I had to mitigate with a makeshift flower pot solution for now. Using this tub regularly has had a significant impact on my recovery routine, especially after intense runs or trips to the gym. It's become an integral part of my fitness regimen that my wife and I both enjoy. Though there was a slight mishap with a puncture in the tube part at one point, a bicycle patch kit sorted it out quickly. Customer service has been excellent, always quick to respond and eager to help with any replacement parts needed. That said, it would be nice if the top ring was a bit sturdier and the instructions were a tad clearer. Yet, despite these minor issues, the tub has proven itself a valuable addition to our home.

After seeing wim hof cold baths on instagram I’d taken an interest in the whole cold bath thing, but not a fan of ice cold water lol but my gf was like let’s try it and wanted to go halves on a tub, so saw this one on amazon and thought let’s give a go, we have a small roof top for it to go on so this was perfect and means we can pack it away and put it under the bed easily, was all pretty straight forward to inflate (you get a pump) and really light when not filled up, so I put it on the roof the other day filled it up with water and ice gave it a moment pushed in the sides a little to make sure it was sturdy and got in, it was very cold but when you relax and do the breathing techniques and kinda relax with it, it becomes a lot more of a pleasurable experience.. I had one in the morning yesterday and certainly sets you up for the day as it really wakes you up.. can’t wait to try it on a really hot day! I also think anything that helps maintain your health is worth the investment.. very happy with this tub!i

Prepared it for first use. It’s leaking from everywhere!

I bought this Polar recovery tub for the first time 1 month ago, it was holed and all the water was leaking !! I bought another one last week thinking that I was not lucky with the first tub, well the second had water leakage as well !! Avoid this product !!!

I'm very happy with this tub and the customer service of the company. It arrived super fast and in great shape. I couldn't get the ring at the top to fully inflate so I emailed the company and got a reply right away. Great service! It looks great and seems quite sturdy. For the price, you can't really beat it!

There are cheaper tubs on Amazon that do the same exact thing. This tub does not add any extra benefit vs another “polar tub”. We paid just under $90 for this one, and I found another with similar reviews at $45 and they’re made of the same material with the same functions. One adult used this daily for 3 weeks before the blow up top ring burst. The top ring no longer holds air and the hole is too large to patch. The description stated it was suitable for outdoor use, and that’s where it has been, it received regular cleaning and maintenance. We took great care of it. We talked our neighbors into buying the same tub, and their ring burst after the first clean/refill. they kept their tub indoors. I’m not sure environment was a factor, but the tub is not worth the money with cheaper options out there. My kids have blow up pool toys that have weathered the elements longer and are more durable. You’ll have better luck spending either less money for similar quality. Or more money on something more durable. Editing to add: The company reached out very quickly after my original disappointed review, which was unexpected but welcomed. They emailed us offering a refund or a new tub! We chose the new tub as we enjoy the product and functionality. We’re hopeful it’ll hold up. Regardless of the outcome, with customer service like this, the price becomes well worth it! I edited my star rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. another Edit to add: it has been roughly 7 or 8 months since my initial review, the replacement tub has held up wonderfully. The company stated after my initial review that we may have received a faulty product and that they stand by their quality. after receiving the replacement tub, I also agree and stand by their quality. changing my review to 5 stars. with the quick and amazing customer service, the quality of the product, and the price, it was all worth it.
