Do all colors come with the growband? I have read a few reviews that gave conflicting answers.

I didn’t receive a grow band. I got the pink color.

Would it block out the noise of fireworks ?

I believe it would. They work so well for even loud sudden noises. My granddaughter doesn't even flinch.
