I normally don’t take the time to write reviews on products I purchase from Amazon, however, I felt the need to write one for this acrylic.I was recently tasked to complete wood and acrylic award plaques for an upcoming fundraiser event in my community. As a 10w diode laser owner, through research I learned that options can be very limited as far as finding a metallic acrylic that is diode friendly. I gave this acrylic from Trotec a try and could not be more happy with the end results. The acrylic cut and engraved beautifully and was exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, the packaging of the material was top notch and they even included scrap pieces in the box so I could do engraving and cut tests on those scraps to figure out the best settings for my machine to produce high quality results. If you are a diode owner in similar circumstances as me, I would highly recommend this product!

These worked out great for me. Used ortur diode laser. Did some testing. Almost any setting I used worked well. Looks better in person than in the pic. Just needed to keep space well ventilated. Item arrived undamaged with no scratches or anything which was my initial concern. Will buy again.

I ordered three different versions of the Trotec Metallic Acrylic sheets. The copper and silver were both perfect; they had the adhesive backing as well as the correct sizes.The gold one, however, was wrong. The 20" sheets were all cut 1/3 of the way across all four sheets (approx at the 6"-7" mark). The entire sheet was there, but was unusable for our purpose (we tried), as we had planned on using the full size sheets, and were only able to use up to 2/3 the size we had planned, which was undoable. Also, the gold sheets did not have the aforementioned adhesive backing. Not a deal-breaker, since we could not use these sheets fully, anyhow, but just showed how disappointing this order was.

It is a beautiful product and cuts and engraves perfectly!! I will be ordering it again.
