The media could not be loaded. I didn't use any air stones for probably 10 years but when I saw this little buddy I thought it's time to give it a try again and purchased "nano" silent pump and this air stone and both of them work beautifully together. It produces beautiful tiny bubbles making the water "fizzy" and I love it ! It also cleared the oily film I used to have on the surface which I thought was fixable only with skimmer but turned out the bubbles cleaned it. I do recommend it!

it is great product when you get it working. ours did not. we eventually discovered that the control valve was blocked. it had not been open clearly. we removed the blockage and it worked perfectly

This is perfect, no need to add a valve as it's not too bubbly. Great in smaller nano tanks as well as larger tanks. Good for fish that don't like too much flow etc. Far better than other well know aquarium brands.

The media could not be loaded. This was good for about a week. The air bubbles where tiny and had a white look to them. Then it just became a normal air stone with bigger bubbles as you can see from the video. Disapointing buy. Spend a bit more for something that will last.

The pump is pretty much silent, produces good amount of aeration however the cabling keeps becoming detached from the non return valve, this is obviously because it is poor quality. Had to use superglue to keep it together. Only reason to not give it 5 stars

Very happy with this , just what I was meeeinh fir my small minnow set up
