Excellent product but don't buy online. I ordered online to save on lugging it home from local store. Seller shipped the wrong color. I ordered slate gray and received beige. Now it is my responsibility to get it shipped back and I will end up going to local store anyway.

You need a compactor to vibrate this into the joints and it does a decent job. What I did find is that some of this poly-sand seems to behave like regular sand. I assume they mix this from regular sand with some kind of binding agent that is activated with water. If I were doing this again I would try mixing up the bag contents before use. The problem is that in places after a few days there were areas where I could just sweep away the sand. It refused to bind. I followed instructions to the letter and for the most part it has given good results. I believe that most of the cost of this product is for shipping. Perhaps it's a superior product? Don't know, but it is convenient to buy online. You can find similar products in hardware stores for much cheaper.
