I'm new to wigs and wasn't aware ware that they needed special shampoo. After researching this product it got good reviews. I am currently awaiting the delivery of my wig so I will update if this is rubbish. As for the smell, it's not great but I am unaware what it will smell like after being rinsed off

Awful, drying, ruined my very expensive wig.
Made my custom, hand-dyed human lace wig INCREDBLY knotty, stripped the yellow out of the ends and dulled alot of the colour, came out like cotton wool after a wash!! I've been using pantene on this wig for months and had no issue, other than the concern of ruining my wig, so i bought this to try to maintain it better. However, I wish I'd never bothered. During the wash, I lost SO much hair from the wig, much more than usual, as well as noticing the colour literally FALLING out. The shampoo left it feeling knotted and brittle. Luckily, the conditioner made it easier to get knots out of the ends, however once rinsed out it knotted straight up again. It feels like damaged, old hair straight after a wash! I've NEVER experienced something so bad in my life.What an expensive way to kill a wig. I wish i could get my money back, but the product was so bad at lathering I ended up using half of each bottle trying to do one wash!!! AVOID. I'm so disappointed. I wear this wig daily due to a medical condition and now it's ruined, setting me back another £500 to get it replaced.Horrible. Shame on this company.
