Very versatile tape for everyone
This tape is very handy and versatile for everyday life. The tape is thin and relatively strong, and has good adhesive, and doesn’t leave any residue where it was applied. I mostly use it in woodworking for temporary binding and as an interface for other adhesive things that leave residues. It works out well every time. I would give it a solid 9.8/10

Awesome for patterns
Sighhhh, I've been using this brand for 4+ years, has never let me down. With a selection of colors and thickness, there's endless possibilities. It's very easy to remove from every surface, no need for cling wrap. Stickiness is just enough for a temporary bond, perfect for pattern making. I also use it for other projects, works well too! For the price, it comes with a ton to let you pattern about two heads! The tape is used as seen on the left horn. The original tape I was using was from the same brand, still worked well despite "mixing" them. Highly recommend! Fyi, I also used it to pattern the lining which can sorta be seen as the green fabric! It's a lot very easy to transfer onto paper for a more sturdy pattern tracing worthy piece.

In quiet service, a touch of reparative solace.
In this humble coil of Scotch General Purpose Masking Tape, beige as windswept grass beneath a pallid sky, I discovered a quiet steadfastness that moved me more than its modest form would suggest. It is a tool born not of grandeur but of loyalty—1.88 inches wide, over 60 yards long, a ribbon of gentle discipline ready to bind, mark, shield, or steady whatever fragile task falls beneath its care. How softly it clings, how faithfully it holds for up to five days, neither wavering in its duty nor grasping with desperate, lingering fingers. When at last its service is complete, it withdraws with a grace rare among such worldly adhesives—leaving behind no bitter residue, no ghost of its former presence, only the memory of a task quietly borne. To tear it is effortless, a motion as natural as parting fabric worn thin by years of longing. And yet, in that simplicity lies a certain dignity, for not all labors must be accompanied by struggle. Some are carried out in silence, steady as a lantern’s glow kept through long hours of storm. Whether pressed into the hands of the weary painter, the earnest craftsperson, or the dreamer seeking to shape their scattered thoughts into form, this tape proves itself a companion of unassuming virtue. It stands ready—pliant, reliable, and patient—as though understanding that creation itself is often a fragile endeavor, requiring tools that serve without demanding praise. Thus does this simple spool grant small mercies to the working soul, and in its quiet service, offer a touch of solace.

Tape = good
Great tape until you start sweating. Not good for tucking.

Reliable and clean removal
This is my go-to tape for general everyday use. It has a decent stick to it and pulls off cleanly without damaging surfaces or leaving residue. Not much else you can ask for from basic masking tape—pretty close to perfect!

Strong Tape
I use this masking tape constantly in my classroom and it works really well for everyday teacher needs. It sticks well to desks, walls, posters, and whiteboards without being overly difficult to remove later. I’ve used it for hanging student work, labeling areas, quick projects, and all kinds of classroom setups. It tears easily, holds well for several days, and doesn’t leave behind a bunch of sticky residue when I take it down. The roll also lasts a long time, even with heavy classroom use. Definitely one of those basic supplies I always try to keep on hand.

Good tape for household purposes
This tape tears off easily but the ends can curl a bit when you use it. I wouldn't use it for shipping a box because someone could tear it off with little effort or it might catch on something and start pulling off. Use it for the initial packing, then top with a stronger tape overtop for more security.
