12 Pcs Journal Stencil Plastic Planner Set for Notebook/Diary/Scrapbook DIY Drawing Template

Whenever I buy something on Amazon, I always read all the reviews on several options before making a purchase. These stencils looked like the best bang for your buck, even though some of the reviews said they were flimsy or of poor quality. These had the best designs, the best options, so I decided to give them a shot, ready to send them back if they weren't *exactly* what I wanted. I also very rarely write reviews; I'm disabled, and issues with my hands make writing long reviews a very painful and arduous task.I am *SO* glad that I did! Yes, these aren't as rigid as steel, but I've bought *much* flimsier ones. They're thicker than paper, but not too thick that a fine-tip pen misses some of the little details (the problem I have with thicker stencils). The designs are great; I love the variety these provide. I have problems with my hands, and these stencils allow me to express my creative side in ways I wouldn't otherwise be able to.After using these, I am very disappointed that some people rated the product so low due to their own expectations; these stencils are fantastic! Their durability is such that, even though I accidentally crumpled one in my lap, within a few minutes it was flat again with no crease or showing the damage at all. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I really liked these stencils. At first I thought the plastic was too flimsy but then I tried them out. They work great with my pens, pencils and I even used a crayola marker! The best part of the thin plastic is that I can carry these with me in the pocket of my bullet journal. No way could I do that if they were a thicker plastic. So in the end I really like the thin film.I have seen people mention that there is some repetition. True, there are different sizes of some shapes but that is really helpful in my bullet journaling. Having a few different sizes of some standard shapes is actually quite helpful. I absolutely love the varied shapes, banners, blocks etc on these sheets. 12 sheets and they hit about everything I can think of. I am very pleased with this purchase.Some mentioned their stencils were not all punched out. I did not experience that. Mine were in perfect working order and ready to use.Thanks!

To start: You can't beat the number of designs you get for the price. This has pretty much every size box you could ever need. Some of which have such minuscule differences they seem almost unnecessary.There are also some images that are repeats. The stencil with the weather patterns (sheet 5) has five different cloudy weather patters which all use the same cloud image. They could have saved space by only using one cloud image and then just having the lightning bolt, raindrops, and half-sun/half moon separately to be combined. They also put left and right facing flags and some arrows of the same size, when one would suffice and you could just flip the stencil over to point it the other direction. I'm also not sure what the point of adding the plain straight lines is, as straight lines can easily be added with a ruler (or even the edge of the stencil if you're careful).Not adding those unnecessary duplicate images would have saved space to add other elements I found lacking. For example, there's one giant water drop (about 1.5" tall), but there are no miniature water drops for things like water tracking. There are a couple of social media icons (Facebook, 2 different Pinterest, 2 different Twitter, and even LinkedIn and the now defunct Google+), but nothing for Instagram, Tumblr, or SnapChat.The stencils are also really flimsy. You need to have a gentle hand, otherwise some parts of the stencil will bend (especially on designs with thin, intricate lines).I do like how many banners they have, since drawing banners freehand is the bane of my bullet journal existence. There are tons of great icons for most activities--food, coffee/tea, music, mail, money, fitness/yoga. They also have different bullet designs (squares, circles, triangles, hearts, stars). The square and heart bullets have multiple sizes and spacing between bullets, so you're not stuck with having your lists squished together or super spread out--you can pick the spacing for your needs.My favorite design on these stencils, that I didn't even realize would be there, are two different key designs. I like keys, so it's nice to have a couple cute keys to choose from.All in all, while there are improvements that could be made, you really cannot possibly beat the number of designs you get for the price, even factoring out repeats.

These are very thin and flexible. They work best with a fine tip pen or pencil. The cutouts were better on some sheets than others. Some had a lot of the centers still attached. I used a small technical blade to finish removing the partial cuts.Being thin is a plus for keeping them in a journal pocket. The downside is that it makes using the stencils a little more challenging. All the different shapes are fun for someone just starting to a bullet journal. Not ideal, but gives a lot of options for a low price.

Good stencil set for small scale work, considering they are 5 bucks. The plastic is relatively thin but provides practical flexibility for working various surfaces and transporting. They are good for the money.The set is easy to carry around tucked inside a journal or sketchbook. I'd buy more of these stencils from the same seller/brand. These stencils are great for use with my journal! They are a bit flimsy, but no problem after a little practice, and because they're compact, they store well in the cover of my A-5 journal. I have the best luck with them using a 0.1 pen because many of the designs are small, which is what I was looking for. Flexible plastic that's easy to clean with water or a little vinegar and water, I reach for these many times a day. Thanks, Ann

Beautiful set of 12 stencils that are perfect for bullet journaling or planning. The stencils are very thin and flexible - may break easily but yet to be tested.

Well you have to wait a week while for them to come, but for the price well worth the wait, they are plastic stencils, I'm not sure that it is obvious from the product photos, do added my own. There is lots of them too! They fit perfect in the pouch in the back of my bullet journal, bought another set for my daughter!

I use these stencils for journaling. I like that they are good quality and slightly transparent for easy positioning. The shapes are pretty basic and there is some repetition but a really great starter kit.Stencils add a nice little touch of interest to journalling and are suitable for any skill level.
