Saved my window
JeldWen window company flaked out in their product. My latch broke and when I contacted them they said they no longer have those latches. Imagine a company that does not keep spares for their product. Well, I took a chance on this latch hoping it will fit in the same holes the original latch fitted in, and it did!!! Perfect fit. I think this latch is even better quality than the original. Smoother operation, less stickiness. I am relieved, delighted and greatful.

No screws
Kind of a joke that at this price they don't come with the screws needed to install them. Decent quality otherwise.

Better than original Jeld Wen lock
Jeld Wen discontinued this replacement lock. I had to purchase online through this seller. Seller was great. Product fantastic but is too expensive

Twice the price for what?
Charging twice the msrp “cuz ya can” is bs AND at $50 the latch didn’t even include new screws. Too bad I didn’t have much of an option to find elsewhere. Bad on me…
