Tastes good and works
Between this and the berry drink packets, I've been able to stop taking the fenugreek supplements I was taking before (the giant capsule pills). I swear by this brand and it's effectiveness. From one scoop per day, I've been able to get a full 5+ extra ounces of milk pumped. With the berry drink mix too, it's around 8+ extra. Every person is different, but for me they really do make a huge difference. The chai flavor is mellow and very well curated. It's kind of like a light tasting version of Celestial Seasonings Chai Tea. I add it to my coffee in the morning, either cold brew or espresso, and it adds a nice flavor and keeps the flavor interesting. Also tastes good even if adding some kind of creamer. It dissolves great in both hot and cold water, so you can drink it iced or hot. Even tastes good mixed into oatmeal. Or in a cup of tea. One scoop (of the provided one) provides a good amount of flavor even in a large thermos of coffee. And it acts like a creamer, because it is rich and creamy. I've been drinking one scoop per day for over a week and still have three quarters of the container left, so you get your money's worth. I also use the berry packets during the day as a drink with my lunch. At one scoop per day, a container should last about a month. My daughter suggested making it into a homemade pudding, custard, or ice cream, and she may be onto something with that :)

Amazing flavor and results
I was struggling with my milk supply when I started working out and it seemed like I needed to give up running. My supply was pretty low where my baby had to eat from both sides for like 20 mins to get full. I didn’t see a lot of change the first couple days of drinking it day and night but then I woke up on the third day and milk was everywhere lol. I drank it only one time that day and for the following week or so. It has dramatically changed my supply. He now only eats from one side for 15 mins and I feel multiple let downs. It tastes amazing. Exactly like traditional creamy chi tea. I have replaced my lunchtime shakes with meal replacement shakes with ice, a scoop of this, and vanilla almond milk and it keeps me full until dinner. Also has kept my milk supply up steadily. I’ve been drinking it just once a day but when I haven’t had the chance to eat or drink as much that day, I’ll put a scoop in some warm almond milk before bed. I will definitely be continuing to buy this when I run out.

Increases Milk Supply & Tastes Good
My daughter was born prematurely and had difficulty gaining weight the first couple weeks, so her pediatrician recommended I begin taking something with fenugreek. I decided to try UpSpring’s Chai flavor as it was available at a local store. Price is lower through Amazon plus the additional convenience of delivery.I liked the flavor and the ability to add it to cold or hot milk. I prefer using the cup attachment to my blender to mix well. If you let it sit for too long, you will notice some of the mix separating back to the top.I notice an increase in my milk supply for the next few feedings. As the pediatrician said, these products help as long as you continue to take them. The package says you can take up to 3 scoops per day. I just use 1 per day before work. It helps my pumping supply, but also tastes good. I also change it up between chai, chocolate (w/ milk), and the berry (w/ orange juice).

It’s worth a try at least
This is my second purchase of this product it has worked for me to maintain my supply and maybe help with a couple ounces here and there. I haven’t had a huge increase in supply, and I think that’s key when deciding to buy products like this it has helped me in maintaining supply especially if I fall asleep and miss a pump here and there.I have tried the chocolate one and found that it was hard to mix completely if just mixing it in a glass of milk which I do. It also had a very artificial taste. This one mixes a lot better less chunks floating around (not sure why it just does) and really does taste like chai tea I also will add it to my coffee I tried it in a cup of hot water with tea to try to make a mock chai tea and it was not good. I found it worked best mixed in warm milk or cold milk.

Super yummy and effective 🙂
I love this drink mix! My son was born via scheduled C-section in October and was given a pacifier in the NICU before he was brought to me, which made establishing a good latch more difficult. Because of the surgery, combined with my lil guy being a sleepy eater, it was even harder to establish a good milk supply. I tried a bunch of stuff, honestly... lactation cookies, fenugreek capsules and other lactation supplements. I really noticed a difference in my milk supply after using this drink mix when I pumped. It says to take up to 2x per day but I took it every 8 hours. I suggest to buy in bulk if possible. I ordered 3 for my second order because I loved it so much. Would recommend to any mommy who's breastfeeding and needs a lil help upping her supply.

Well worth it
I have had nothing but problems with my milk supply. After a week in and out of the hospital at two months post partum my milk had mostly dried up. I am power pumping as well as *attempting* to pump after feedings to bring back my supply. I figured this product might help and it did. I'm back up from about a half oz per session- total both breasts, rough i know- to about one oz on my left and a half oz on my right. I'm hoping i can get back to producing at least a full feeding of 3 or 4 oz but relactation isn't easy. Now the taste is delicious. Fenugreek is distinct, and the chai flavor works well. It tastes better with real milk but i also use unsweetened almond milk since it's much lower in calories. I even mix it in my oatmeal which is delicious. The description says not to heat it directly, so if you were to add it to warm milk you do so after heating the milk. I do the same when adding to oatmeal. My only complaint is that it takes a fair amount of stirring to dissolve in cold liquids but I'm so happy overall that it hardly matters.
