Exactly what I needed!
I love this book! I am new to the accordion, and have gone through one of the Palmer- Hughes prep books and wanted something that added some other exercises. Specifically scales, arpeggios, and chord shapes that I could use as warm ups for my practice sessions.Even if you don't have prior experience with reading sheet music (as myself) i feel like the first few diagrams are clear enough, and easy to reference as you are learning a new scale, etc.

Wonderful Exercise Book
I very much enjoy working with this book. Exercises are simple but very useful. There is sort of a little tune to some of the exercises. I highly recommend this book and am sorry I didn't know about this book sooner.

Helpful
My boys are learning to play and this is a nice supplement to their instruction. They like the explanation. I am happy with the practice and repetition because they are only used to melody and this helps with the chord accompaniment.

Do not do not buy this book!
Do not buy this book! The author made another one that’s slightly more money but 20x more exercises! Buy that one

Not enough about bass button fingering.
Very little about bass button fingering. Not enough verbal explanation about reading in F cleff for accordion especially in re: the chord rows (not addressed at all). "Chords" is the first word of the title. There is a two-octave exercise for bass but it doesn't address how to get the second or higher octave (-does it exist?- I recognize this could be my ignorance but a few words on that would be nice). The bass button diagram appears to me to be configured backward or upside-down but one can figure that out by finding the "C" marker. I suspect some English language limitation of the author. The blurb about the author switches from third person to first person. The book may be printed to order as the date in the back of the book is the date that I ordered it. The book may be good for right-hand drills but they are the same as piano. I learned nothing about left-hand fingering, which is why I bought the book. If it were more expensive, I would return it but I don't feel like going through it for $7.99 in the quarantine state.

Good teaching tool.
I restarted playing the accordion during Covid lockdown. I ordered this for a book to help me learn more about music. I believe it has a lot of helpfull information.
