The ingredient list does not specifically list msg, but it does list hydrolyzed soy and corn protein and also the catch-all “natural flavoring.” Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein might include some msg.

It looks to be about 15 months from date of manufacture based upon when I got my last shipment and the expiration date on the product.

I don’t see a “best by” date anywhere on the bottle. What’s the shelf life of an unopened bottle? And the expiration once opened and refrigerated?

The ink can sometimes be very light. All bottles are labeled with a best by date in a XX/XX/XX print style. Products have a 24 month shelf life unopened--opened it depends on how much you use and what temperature you store it at. I personally have a bottle dated Best Buy 12/22/22 in my fridge that has been open for over a month and product quality has not fallen off one bit.
