Very good wiring connection
Sturdy thick gauge wires. Comes with a cap on cable for the end to keep plug covered when not using and keeps it from being misplaced. Great product!!!

Exact replacement on my Keystone 5th wheel
I ordered this cable to replace the OEM cable on my 2010 Keystone Montana 5th wheel trailer. It is the same length as the original cable and the color coding matches exactly. I buzzed out the original cable with an Ohm meter to be sure of the connections. The quality looks very good. It fits the receptacle on my truck snugly, in fact it takes a bit of force to push it in which is good.My recommended replacement procedure is to cut the wires off of the old cable leaving a bit on the connection to mark the color. Then buzz out the old cable with an Ohm meter to be sure that it matches the supplied wiring diagram, if you don't know how to use an Ohm meter, I would recommend that you refer this to a professional.Then strip and connect the wires from the new cable one at a time to the matching colors. In my case, the cable was connected with crimp on wire connectors which I cut off and replaced with twist on 3M type connectors. Note that you will need different sizes of connectors and the 10 ga. wires require large ones.

Only problem is the wire color coding.
Looks like a quality piece. The RV-standard wiring coloring does not agree with the trailer I had to put it on, so I had to do some careful thinking and adapting. But the plug holds securly and apprears to have a superior contact with the plug in the pickup.

Exactly What Was Needed
This cord was perfect. I was working for a couple of weeks from the camper, but when I arrived at the campground somehow the old cord got partially severed on a sharp piece sticking out on the tongue of our camper. The price was right, reviews were good and I was able to have this sent to an Amazon dropbox location about 25 miles away. Easy to install and the colors matched exactly what I had on my camper which are the standard colors for a 7 wire harness. I have heard that some of these need to be electrically tested and checked for the color match or the colors don't match. Not this one, it was spot on great. And when you are close to the middle of nowhere and having to fix you camper, this was the ticket.

Great Trailer Cord But !
This is a very well built trailer cord but it is not colored coded wire for standard trailer wiring. Only one wire is the right color and that's blue for the brake, They do give you a chart that shows what color does what so its pretty easy to wire up, just cant go by color code. I'm still very happy with this cord, works great.
