Does the rear set swivel?

The rear set can be fixed to a position by running the screw all the down. If you want it to swing freely, I would suggest using a longer screw, a spacer, and lock nut at the other end.

What size are the magnets?

14mm wide by 2mm tall hope this helps

Will this fit my arrma notorious 6s

Yes but the 6s may be too fast. You may need stronger magnets.
