The Women of the Bible Speak Workbook: The Wisdom of 16 Women and Their Lessons for Today

I love the book, very interesting stories to learn more about the women of the Bible. Also questions at end of chapter, it’s great for bible studies with others.

I have read the stories about these 16 Biblical women; however, this study not only delves into each of their lives but has great application questions that one can relate to in their life today. I am using Shannon Bream's study in a group of 6 mature Christian women, and we are all enjoying it and continuing to learn.

I liked the comparison of 2 women at a time and I loved learning more about them. Who they really were deep down. Their strengths and weaknesses

A high school friend and I have used the book to study these women. While we haven’t answered all of the questions, the study has lead to some deep questions, lots of research, long conversations, and a closer relationship with our Lord. We now feel like the women are real to us - not just Bible studies. We are of different denominations, but have loved our “iron sharpening iron” long distance conversations. (We live in different states.)

I absolutely loved this workbook digging into the lives of the Woman of the Bible, challenging me to put my self in their shoes. We used his workbook as our ladies Bible study book for 1.5 years tackling one lady each month. And the questions in this workbook for great for both digging into God's Word and for discussion among the ladies. I personally and the ladies learned so much from studying in this manner. Highly recommend for a ladies bible study or for personal study of the Bible.

Purchased to do a joint study with my daughter. I enjoy how the stories are tied directly to scripture. The questions are great. We decided to divide each lesson into two parts since they are pretty lengthy (to be sure we weren’t rushing through it)

Haven’t started it yet so don’t know how it is but love her books. Just disappointed to spend so much money to only receive a bent book. Book needs to be in a box or have card board between it so post office doesn’t fold and shove into small mailboxes.
