This format instructs to wet before application!
If you read the instructions the dressing is shipped in an unmoistened state. There is a variety of the product called hydrofera “ready” that does not require you to wet it before applying it. This is the original form of hydrofera and instructs patients to wet the product before applying it to the wound bed. Same great product same results just different format
