It’s so hard that the amount of pressure on the facial bones is painful. It is reasonably comfortable for back sleepers if you prefer very firm and dense pillow, but this is not the purpose of this pillow.

WAY better than I expected.. Had for about a week now and I've slept like a baby each night. I either wear ear buds or sleep mask with built-in speakers that cover the ears and once I roll over the earhole, it doesn't disrupt or add pressure. It's an amazing pillow. Like butter, your head will sink into the foam and give you ultimate comfort all night. WORTH IT! :)

Game changer. I am someone who has struggled with severe tinnitus in the past. As part of my therapy, I do sound therapy while sleeping using a headband with built in speakers. This works great, but getting comfortable on the pillow without affecting the sound quality has always been a challenge. The blissbury ear hole pillow solved this problem. The hole in the pillow allows the speakers to not be 'squished' in the pillow, which can mess up the sound coming from the speakers. This can also cause night time awakenings. The first night I slept on the Blissbury I woke up and in the morning and immediately noticed my excessive amount of nighttime awakenings was no longer an issue! Also, the pillow is great and of high quality. I am a natural side sleeper who likes firmness from my pillow. I would rate the cushion as being on the firm side, but not too hard. The support level is absolutley perfect. No neck pain. The casing is extremely comfortable and cool. It is easy to remove and clean, which I have done thus far. I am someone who had severe insomnia from tinnitus at one time in my life. I am now getting around 7 hours of sleep per night and my Blissbury pillow is a significant part of the things I have done to fix this problem. If you are a tinnitus sufferer I strongly recommend this pillow. Whether you are using ear level or room level sound, I highly recommend it. I am a customer for life!

I'm very happy with this pillow. I'm happy with the firmness, not too hard, not too soft. At first I found it too low, but after using it for a couple of weeks it's a great height for me and I was definitely using too high of a pillow previously. My one complaint is that I wish there was a hole in the middle do I don't always feel like I'm laying on the edge. I even use the pillow with normal pillowcases on it and it works great! Now for a personal note in case anyone deals with the same war issues as me. I purchased this pillow because I often wake up several times a night feeling like my ear had been crumpled up into a ball. While falling asleep it can take a bit to find the perfect spot, but now the only time I wake up in pain is when I discover I moved away from the hole while sleeping. Unrelated to the pain I also wear hearing aids and now while watching TV in bed I can comfortably lay on my side

This thing is SO comfortable!!! The pillow itself is really soft, and the design allows me to sleep comfortably without worrying about hurting my ear. I sleep on my right, and the conch piercing I have on that side made it difficult to fall asleep, and my piercings were always sore and irritated in the morning. I've been using a neck pillow instead of a regular pillow for so long 😅 I wish I'd bought this a long time ago. I saw some comments saying that the holes are too high up on the pillow, but I think they're perfect as they are. But I have been told that I have a long neck, so that's something to consider. I still think it's worth trying out even if you have a shorter neck. Something I'd love to see from this company would be pillow protectors and satin pillowcases. The pillowcase that comes with this is soft and (I think) thick enough to protect the memory foam underneath from drool seeping through, but I think a pillow protector to wash instead of being able to wash your pillow might be cool. As for the satin pillowcase, I would just prefer that for the sake of my skin. But the pillowcases that they have now are still really great! This product is 100% worth the cost.
