Do these pants hold their shape or stretch out after wearing?

They stretch a little , but not real baggy . I like pants to keep their shape too , they do for the most part .

Do they have pockets?

I have the gray and the black and white speckle and they have back pockets, as well as front. They were stitched closed for shipping, but the stitching is easy to remove.

Are these pants high waisted?

They sit right at waistline. Although i do have to wear a shirt that will cover backside. At times when sitting they slide down in back.
