50cm x 70cm. A 20" x 28" frame will work for it if you're framing it, though it will have a tiny bit of play until you tighten the frame backing.

Does ravensburger customer service respond if you having a missing piece, and if so, how do they know which piece to send lol?

On one of their puzzles I thought I had a missing piece but it turned out I had misinserted a piece and when I reworked it all the pieces were there. If you really do have a missing piece trace the shape and take a picture of the design; then submit both to the customer service department of the company and see if the can help you. Good luck.
