I like it! I experimented just to see if I stopped taking it would I see the effects of not taking it. I did feel extra anxiety and my nails are breaking again and my hair itching. Needless to say I’m done with the experiment I’m taking the pills again.

It was very helpful to stop sinus infection and pain I took 3x2 a day for less then week and I’ m finally pain free. In addition I did rinse with nasal salt twice a day

Seems to be of good quality. A bit on the pricey side though.

They call this the happy pill, but I would call it the optimism pill. From the first time I took it, I felt optimistic about life about everything. I wanted to take it because my liver enzymes were a little elevated and I thought it would be a good support for my liver and I got way more than I expected. I feel really good all the time.
