I have been having the worst hot flashes and night sweats. Probably the last 2 years. I didn't think there was a remedy. Anyone who has to deal with hot flashes understands how disruptive it is, especially at night. This magnesium works exactly how it says it does. I find that they don’t dissolve quickly and your mouth and are easy to swallow. I think the magnesium in here is very good quality. I would recommend these for anyone looking for magnesium for women!

I know my body lacks in Magnesium. Getting older, read reviews and gave this a try. I take at night when I am ready to go to sleep 20 minutes before. Sometimes I forget and take right before. I kid you not it sure does help falling asleep quick and I stay asleep. When I wake up, no grogginess at all. Feel like you had a really good nights sleep while adding the magnesium into your body that is needed now a days!!! Love it!!! I recommended to my friends and my daughter who ordered it also!!!

Only one pill to get a great dose! I am taking soo many supplements already because I just had a baby, I searched everywhere to find a good quality supplement that didn’t require multiple for one dose. This was the one!! I’ve been taking it all through pregnancy and now breastfeeding and it’s wonderful, I even sent it to my sister who now also orders this brand. I would definitely suggest this one!

While this supplement hasn’t negatively affected me, I also haven’t noticed any improvement in my sleep, which was my main reason for trying it. That said, it could be helping in ways I can’t directly observe, like supporting bone health or heart health.It seems like a decent product overall, but since I haven’t experienced the specific benefits I was hoping for, I’ll probably look for other options in the future. It might work better for others with different needs.
