These supplements have been helping my stomach and movements greatly. I’ve not experienced any adverse side affects as of yet but report back if that time comes. Not a bad price considering how long they last you. The taste isn’t too great but not off putting, however they are very large. If you’re not able to swallow normal size tablets with ease then these might not be a great option for you. See the picture for a comparison to an ibuprofen. Excellent works for me 100%. I suffer badly with constipation even drinking plenty of fluids and a good high fibre protein diet.I got fed up of buying over the counter laxatives or Sena and other types and having hit and miss success with them.I struggled with the mix up powder laxido type stuff too it's horrid to drink.The constipation was causing me issues with hemoroids and sometimes bleeding.I looked at the reviews and done some research of my own I take two of these psyllium husk capsules after my tea.Before I go to bed or at latest first thing in morning I'm on the loo doing the do.No hard stools I have been suffering with I'm a week in with these supplements and I've been to the loo everyday in the last week I've been taking them for which is no flook.This is something I've not done for at least 5 years or more so these capsules are getting took everyday without fail.

Me and my husband both used these supplements wanting to increase our fibre intake. For me personally they worked wonderfully, I noticed the effects quickly after consistent use after a couple of weeks. My husband didnt feel they worked too well for him and didn't notice much change after the same amount of time. There is a slight aftertaste too them but I didn't find it too bad. The size of the bottle makes it excellent value for money and I would happily purchase again.

I use these daily and I find there okay? Yes does leave a very little aftertaste for about 20 minutes. Texture is fine effectiveness are fine fine pill size is a little large but easy to swallow. I find it helps a little with the constipation if taken regularly in the morning.

Capsules are big, but the product works! I think next time I'll try a powder so that I can adjust dosage depending on what I've eaten during the day. Otherwise, this is a hassle free way to add some fibre to your diet!

Product arrived quickly and seemed of good quality. Capsules were easy enough to swallow. Unfortunately did nothing to aid my digestive issues except make me even more bloated.

I normally use Psyllium powder but as I was going on holiday I didn’t fancy trying to take loose powder through airport security so I bought these, they’re great and did the job for the week.
