No, it won't cure in the bottle. It comes in a completely black container that blocks all light. This resin needs light to cure. So unless you put a Flashlight inside the bottle, it's protected. I've bought multiple jugs of this and never had any issues with the product.

Yes, you can layer it, cure it, layer more, cute it, as deep as you want, as much as you can afford.
