My first impression of these pencils was unconventional. In my Anatomy course someone left one of these pencils at my desk from another period. I didn't know who sat there previously so I took the pencil. From that point forward, I knew I was hooked. The pencil never jams, like never jams. As a left handed individual it is just the perfect pencil for me. It's comfortable for my long study sessions. It's great for writing flash cards. It writes with a smoothness that just keeps the same darkness throughout. The pencil lead thickness of 0.7mm is just thick enough to not break but not small enough that you can't see your own writing. One thing to know is that the pencil is pretty pricey. It costs about $1.50 for each pencil so I had it on me at all times. The build quality is amazing with little grips that help your fingers not slide off the smooth plastic design. The lead/ink lasts a long time. If used correctly one stick of lead can last you 2 weeks. In conclusion, you may ask would I recommend it, I would say yes, It's not my first rodea with these pencils and it sure won't be my last.

Great value compared to my local stores. Very comfortable to write with. High quality and sturdy, I doubt any of the pencils will break during the school year.

I've been using the Paper Mate Clearpoint Mechanical Pencils for a while now, and they’ve become my go-to for both note-taking and sketching. The erasability is excellent, the attached twist-up eraser actually works well and lasts longer than most built-in erasers. It erases cleanly without leaving smudges or tearing the paper. In terms of comfort, the grip is soft and ergonomic, making long writing sessions much easier on the hand. It’s definitely one of the more comfortable mechanical pencils I’ve used. The lead quality is also solid. It writes smoothly and quickly with minimal drag, and the pencil lays down a consistent line that’s easy to read. Write speed feels natural and fluid, great for fast note-taking. One thing I really appreciate is how well it holds up, breakability is low. The lead doesn’t snap easily unless you’re pressing down super hard, and the pencil itself feels sturdy, not flimsy like cheaper brands. Overall, these pencils work extremely well and check all the boxes: comfort, durability, clean erasing, and smooth writing. Highly recommend, especially for students or anyone who writes a lot!

These are the best mechanical pencils I have used. They are great for both writing and sketching, and the eraser works really well. I love the color variety too.

I use mechanical pencils all the time. Ink is for the finale of a project in my world. I have used so many different types and brands but every time I use anything other than these I regret it. The click button to adjust the lead is so convenient to the finger grip. As small as that sounds, it is so easy to get spoiled to. They last forever. This 10 pack gives me plenty for when I managed to misplace them. It's convenient to leave pencils in a few key spots at home and several of my bags/purses. I'm not ordering any other brands if I do manage to lose all 10.

Grip is awesome, suitable to last my daughters whole school year. These are durable and not cheaply made, my daughter is 13 and loves them! Will buy again for next school year. This pack was big enough to have some left over for my son as well.

These mechanical pencils write with ease like a pen. There design is great for all because not only do they have a really nice grip built in, but the “clicker” to extend the lead is placed nicely so that the lead doesn’t come flying out. The eraser is definitely larger than any other that I have seen with other mechanical pencils. Reason for 4 stars: So far they seem to worth the money, but time will tell. Only negative is that the pack didn’t come with any extra erasers or lead so these could end up being more expensive in the end.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I do soduko and crossword puzzles and these pencils are my favorite ones to use. PROS They are comfy to hold. They are the thickness of a comfortable pen. They take .07mm leads so they write nicely and are always easy to see. They smoothly glide as you write, they don't feel hard and sticky like some mech pencils do. They erase completely. CONS Though the eraser is large because it twists up as you need it I find that twisting design twists in its own when im writing so when I need the eraser it's all the way down and I have to twist it up every time. I find it easier to use a separate eraser. The grippers around the bottom come loose and just flop around so I have to tear or cut them off. The pencil is still very much usable without them, though. I will continue to purchase these pencils because they are the best I've found.

J'aime ces crayons depuis mon secondaire. (C'est à dire depuis plus de 20 ans) j'en ai donc fait profiter mes propres enfants qui ont les leurs pour leur cours au secondaire. PS. j'ai toujours le mien que j'avais reçu au secondaire qui fonctionne depuis tant d'année !!

Es la segunda vez que los compro, la primera fue un paquete de dos, los he tenido por tres años, uno aún lo conservo y el otro se me perdió. Son muy cómodos para escribir, su diseño es muy bonito, incluso si el borrador se les acaba es fácil de reemplazar con los que venden en los supermercados cortándolo un poco y listo. Son muy duraderos, así que vale completamente la compra. Soy de México, no los he encontrado en alguna tienda física, pero el envío fue bastante rápido. Los recomiendo mucho.
