Works - could not recommend enough!
I was new to fertility trackers and what worked so I used Inito, Kegg, and my Oura ring simultaneously. Kegg has the cheapest upfront cost with no added costs after; such as buying the spendy Inito boxes for more sticks. However, Kegg was a straight hoax & my readings never changed. Inito, while more expensive to continue to use it for a couple months - was so worth it. I felt some comfortable and in tune with my body. The app is so user friendly, easy to read, the process of peeing in a cup every morning and waiting was a bit annoying but all of it was worth it. I could not recommend this product more. Great quality all around. Took 2 months of tracking and understanding my body and the measurements/educational videos to get a positive pregnancy test.

Love - track your hormones LH, FSH, E3g, Pgd and ovulation!
Based on various methods, Inito seems accurate and it is the only way I have ever consistently tracked ovulation. And Inito tracks much more than LH surge, followed by temperature rise alone. -Confirmed LH surge with drugstore test strips. Each month I confirm my LH surge however I find the Inito urine (hormone) testing more reliable than temperature tracking as my temps are unstable due to frequent insomnia (circadian rhythm). I also use an app that pairs with my Oura sleep ring - and that uses body temperature to confirm ovulation after the LH surge. It works when I am sleeping well and not sick since body temperature is also disrupted when you are sick and I have been sick for nearly a month with a chest cold! A few tips: -When you get your Inito supplies read the booklet it is extremely informative about how our cycles work, particularly the timing. -Baseline: When you start out you need to do an initial urine test shortly after your period ends to give Inito a baseline for your reproductive hormones. -around LH surge and ovulation you’ll have to test several consecutive days. My most recent cycle I had to do about 10 consecutive tests. The cost of the strips adds up. Personally I am ok with the price. Pack of $15 is $49. Slight discount for bulk. Free shipping over $75. Consider the alternative, an expensive fertility clinic. -The instructions say that you need to remove your screen protector. I have an extremely thin blue light protector and I did not remove it. It’s not necessary for me to get accurate results. -Their customer service is hit or miss. When I inquired about the screen protector I got subpar customer service by email. When I called however the woman I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable. -But the company will tell you that they recommend that you not urinate for six hours prior to testing. And for that reason they say your first urine of the day. But it need not be your first urine of the day what is most important is that you wait so that you have concentratated hormones. For me Inito works fine any time of day as long as I’ve waited about 4 hours. Your sample should look pretty dark. If you drink a lot of water that may not work for you. -The line on the urine cup provided with my test strips 2 boxes so far seems to be off the mark, a bit shallow. Didnt work well for me. I pee to the top and put the test paper a little deeper but, do not submerge! -Each time you test you have to attach the testing device to your particular model of phone. Sometimes the clip can move a little so make sure that the camera on your phone is properly aligned each time or Inito can’t read your results. -Results take about 10 minutes. Remember to not discard your pee until your status for the day is confirmed. I really enjoy reviewing my charts and seeing exactly what is happening with my reproductive hormones. With the reminders from the app, Inito is easy to use. I wish you luck and babies!

Worth the Price!
I learned SO much from this device - after thinking I understood my hormones, I found out I was ovulating several days later than I thought! I’ve previously used ovulation tests and strips, and this by far is the best. I know it’s pricey, but it’s worth it!!

Terribly inaccurate monitor and uninformed customer support
I've put more detail below but in short... this inaccurate monitor had me very nervous until I got another brand's monitor and Inito's customer service was not helpful. This monitor doesn't work well at all, I'm guessing I just got a faulty machine and that the whole company isn't a scam but the way customer service didn't question the readings at all really gives me pause. I was getting extremely low readings even though the LH strip sticks I've used before were showing an LH surge (the strips were showing an LH of 40 and the Inito was giving a .07 LH reading!) Inito customer service said that they look at a different LH (Beta versus Alpha which most of the more basic test strips use) and can't comment on another company's product which ok but still, 0.07? But all of the other readings weren't making any sense either. I then was very nervous (worried that there was indeed something wrong with my hormones despite bloodwork I had done a few months ago indicating all was normal) and decided to buy a Mira so I could get another detailed reader to make it more apples to apples and sure enough the Mira is giving very different, much more logical readings so I'm now certain there is something wrong with Inito's monitor. I rarely write reviews but I'm upset that Inito is sending out faulty products when it's such an important thing.

This is going to be a game changer for TTC
I’m so excited about the Inito Fertility Monitor! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for nearly 6 years. Two years ago, we finally got all the proper testing. But the problem is that my hormone levels are rarely where they need to be. Typically, I could only test LH at home. The rest If have to go into the doctor for. Now, I can test my estrogen, LH, FSH, and progesterone - all from home. This means no guessing as to when I’m the most fertile. It even tells you when you have high fertility or low fertility days. By using this fertility device, it also means saving on the doctors’ visits! As far as the actually device is concerned, it’s super easy to use. When you order, you’ll get the device (pictured) that has a phone clip attached. Mine arrived quickly. The size phone you have determines the clip size. You’ll need to download a free app and scan the QR code to get started. Once you register, you can start charting your hormones. It’s best to take the test with morning urine, like it is with other fertility tests. They give you a cup to pee in. When you go to take the test, it walks you through what to do - step by step! It even has a timer you can use so you have the dip stick in the urine for the right amount of time which I really like. You will need to take your phone case off to use the clip. (I mean, they can’t account for all the different sizes of phone cases.) Once you connect the inito fertility device on your phone, you’ll get a check mark on the app (if you’re going through the testing steps) that then tells you to input the dipstick (only the plastic side). If it’s inserted properly, you’ll get a check mark again and then a timer will start. The first time, I had to put in the lot number for the fertility strips but only had to do that once. There is a count down that is usually about 600 seconds (it seems) and then a quick status bar after that. Since I’m impatient, the only thing I dislike is the waiting period for the results, but I’m that way with any urine testing things. Once the app has read the results (it uses the camera on your phone to look at the test strip), it’ll tell you if you are high or low fertility. If you go to the chart and click on that day, you can see the exact numbers. After a few days of testing, you can see the direction your hormones are going. You can also track your period and baby dances in the app. There’s a community on Facebook you can join. If you need more test strips, you can order more through the app. If you’re on the fence about buying this and are TTC, get it! It’s so worth it. I highly recommend!

Chose this over the Mira , and i’m happy I did so. It has been so simple to use and I have had zero issues. I love keeping track of my hormones at home!

It’s good for tracking 4 hormones but not much else
Pros- initial cost and reoccurring cost is way less than Mira, which I seriously considered. Monthly cost would be the same as Proov Complete, but Proov isn’t irregular cycle or PCOS friendly, and is basically a glorified OPK box. Fits fine with screen protector and camera lense protectors. Must take case off. Can test any day you want, even multiple times a day, but will alert you to mandatory test days. Tracks FSH, E3, LH & PDG all in one strip, and the chart is clear and easy to follow. You can also input several months of previous cycles. I have very irregular cycles, so inputting the last 6 was helpful when setting up app. Website has a lot of information about hormones, fertility, etc. Personally I still recommend buying & reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility & The Fifth Vital Sign to get a bigger & better picture of your fertility, as Inito’s primary focus is hormone information, and not topics such as BBT, cervical mucus and position, etc. You can track BBT on app. Combining this with PDG levels will help confirm ovulation. You can have multiple LH peaks in a cycle, or several days of high LH, so knowing which peak triggered ovulation takes a lot of guess work out of planning intimacy and DPO days. Cons: My main complaint is the lack of personalization on the app. The only thing you can track is “sex” but not which kind, “period” but no options to input flow, color, etc, BBT & a “notes” option. That’s it. I used this in conjunction with Premom premium, where I can track cervical mucus, position, tons of various symptoms, spotting vs bleeding, consistency of bleeding, what kind of intimacy I have, what medications I may have taken, etc etc on top of a note section. I think this is important when tracking your fertility and overall health. I also use LH ratio & quantitive tests from Premom because of my next con…. Con 2- Inito wants first morning urine. If you have a regular sleep schedule, you should test LH later on in the day. Once you get higher LH levels, you should test twice a day. If you’re like me and work night shift 3x a week, your sleep schedule is crazy and LH surges need to be more closely monitored. Inito does say, if you dig into their website, you can test at other times but to not drink for 4 hours prior to testing. This whole set up complicates LH testing, so you’ll need to use OPKs for the BEST and most accurate result along with Inito. Con 3- customer service isn’t the best or most accessible. Con 4- test strips can only be purchased on the app or Amazon. BUT with Amazon, the delivery timeline can vary wildly. One day it said my 30 pack wouldn’t be delivered for close to TWO months. I canceled that order, then a few days later it said delivery in 2 weeks. On the Inito app, the delivery timeline is more stable and you can get a discount for buying multiple packs, which tbh you will need particularly if you have irregular cycles like me. I test everyday with Inito, so that’s $100 a month without any discount. They also have a new LH strip that tests alpha and beta but imo this is silly, as cheap OPKs (which you’ll need anyway, mentioned earlier) already test alpha and it isn’t worth the steep price increase. Another con- the app gives you the option to track beta FSH but offers no explanation on the difference between that & normal FSH, on app or website. Try googling it, you won’t find much on the topic. Also con- you can’t touch your phone for about 10 minutes minimum while it’s processing, and it must be laid flat. Which is hard to do with a huge monitor on the back of your phone. I use the box to rest half of my phone on, works decent. They also require a SPECIFIC urine cup, which they only provide 1 and there’s no option to purchase additional cups on their app. Final con- there’s no personalized cycle report. They don’t explain your hormone levels and what it may mean for you, personally. You have to do the research and figure it out yourself. So if you’re not a reader like I am, another monitor may be better for you.

Great for TTC with PCOS! Has gotten me pregnant TWICE
Been trying to conceive for two years with newly diagnosed PCOS. Inito is sooo great for tracking an irregular cycle that isn’t easy to do with just LH strips (PCOS girlies often have elevated LH cycle-round). I’ve successfully gotten pregnant twice since using Inito for the past 8 months (combined with fertility drugs). Unfortunately ended in my 2nd MC earlier this year, but approaching week 8 of my second Inito success/third pregnancy! Yes, the strips get expensive, but it’s worth it and you can use an FSA or HSA to buy them, which helped us a ton! The app is easy to use once you get a feel for what the different hormones mean and the patterns develop, but there are also great FB and Reddit communities for support. Inito customer service is also responsive and helpful! I learned sooo much about my cycle with Inito and will definitely continue to use it for cycles to come post-pregnancy!
