A tempura rack is a rack - maybe....
This one works great. It has enough hooks on it (5), so it doesn't slide around when you use it. Many other brands only have 3 or 4.

This tempura rack are excellent, it is stain steel, we'll structured and it drain the stuff excellent. I am glade I bought it.

It might be good to put the 'ready to fry' food on before ...
It fit on my Wok but was essentially worthless. The grease and the heat bubbling up ruined the food. I should have put it on an elevated cookie cooler. It might be good to put the 'ready to fry' food on before it goes into the grease.
