Will buy again. And again.
Love this brand, love their acne options, will purchase again. I added this product to Murads acne kit and all together I have no more redness, no cysts, no pimples. It took a couple months to go away but I noticed the redness faded in only a few days.

The only thing for blind pimples that’s worked (and worked fast)
I don’t tend to write reviews unless a product changed my life or burned my house down. This serum solved a blind pimple that had been going on 10 days with no change. I can’t guarantee it wasn’t a combination of literally everything else I’d been trying (warm compresses, BHA, salicylic microdart patches, etc) but it arrived in the afternoon, I gooped it on, let it dry, then put a normal hydrocolloid patch over it to keep my fingers away. Before bed I noted my patch was peeling. Annoyed, I assumed it just wasn’t sticking to the liquid skin this product makes on your skin. NOPE the pimple had come to a tiny head and was starting to drain. Elation, friends. I cleaned, put more Murad on, and a new patch. I’m repeating every twelve hours or so and expect it’ll finish draining in a day or two. I didn’t love the price point but after a week and a half of nothing getting rid of the huge blind behemoth on my cheek, I was ready to try anything. It worked within a day. It was worth the money. I think I’ll save it only for when I have these deep blind cysts/nodules but it’s not just 2% salicylic like you might think you can replace it with. It’s the big guns. So so thankful it worked.

It's worki.g.
I bought this for my 21 year old daughter who started to have bad deep breakouts on her cheeks. After just a week of using I have noticed her face looks better than it has in 6 months.

Reduces Redness in Hours and Heals Spots in Days!
I got this in October and now it is December so I've been using it for several months. What I notice most about this acne treatment is how it reduces inflammation and redness. It does not burn or sting like most salicylic acid products do! It seems more healing, calming and nourishing. When I use it consistently for a few days in a row about twice a day I do see good results. My problem is I'm horribly allergic to Palm Kernel Oil and if I eat any by mistake I start to breakout badly all over my face. I also notice some chocolate also causes some breakouts but usually it has Palm Kernel Oil in it and I didn't check! Regular chocolate rarely has that effect! So this was fairly expensive but the results are worth the money. I notice spots heal faster with this and redness is really reduced so less irritation and worry! ~The Rebecca Review

It works
I have an underground pimple which is red and bumpy. I tried many products but it didn’t go away . It’s staying red and bumpy no matter what I tried. I decided to try this product thinking it’s expensive it must be good. After 3 days of consistent use. The acne flatted and the redness went away. I’m so happy with the result. Update: this product works but will leave a very DARK spot same area after it heals . I’m not the only user noticing this . So be aware of that .

Yes and I don’t know
I honestly don’t know where I stand with this product. I feel like it helped but I’m still struggling with this recent breakout (given it was a bad one!) and I’m coming up on 2 months. I think it’s worth the price. Especially being FSA approved. It does last a decent amount of time. I used it for about 1 month in total before stopping and am slightly less than half a bottle left. Now, I think the instructions say 14 day use(I’d have to go back and double check), and I used it for longer and sometimes more than twice a day. Like this breakout is soooooo bad I want it GONE and ASAP! Maybe me using it too much dried out my skin, even though I use face cream everyday, and made the situation worse. I think I’m done using it for this breakout and giving my face some hydration with a light shower cleanse. But I do think it did some good work and would have continued to do good work if I had stopped when instructed.

Cystic Acne Treatment that Actually Works
I’m in my early 50s and have had quite the sudden breakout of stress related cystic acne on the lower third of my face. When I was going through puberty, this would be the majority of my skin issues as well, so I’ve had plenty of experience having to deal with this issue that NEVER goes away quickly. I’ve used multiple products that helped in the short term with the discomfort or appearance but never actually got rid of the issue. This treatment from Murad though… it is BY FAR the best I have ever used. Just use a q-tip to spot treat and let it dry. You can wear it under makeup as it acts like a clear patch to protect the area. If the skin is already broken on the area, it seems to act faster but you will feel some mild irritation and tingling. Put it on a spot that is just forming, and it will go away within a day. For an area already developed with no broken skin, it will diminish color and size and be gone within a week. For broken skin areas, it should react immediately on the discomfort and start to diminish size and color within a couple of days. It’s expensive, but should last you several months.
