The relaxer arrived in box with a storage bag and the relaxer. This did not come with any instructions. I needed to look at the amazon page to see how to use this and even that not clear. I finally found a blurb on the convex and concave side and what they do.The concave side is used for stretching. When used on this side it pressed firmly to the neck and shoulders and the head rolls back. This causes the back of the neck to stretch. The harder I allowed my head to roll back the more intense the stretch.The convex side is for relief. It has the preasure massage balls line up on key muscle groups and feels great. The pillow formed to my neck and shoulder nicely. I would suspect someone with a longer or shorter neck than average may find this uncomfortable.I do computer work and sit at screens for hours a day. I have been dealing with neck pain caused by this for years so always looking for relief. After using this pillow I find it does help loosen my neck. I also really felt the stretching soarness after the first time using that concave side.When dealing with neck pain I've found that one size doesn't fit all as far as relief goes. This guy seems to be working for me and I would recommend giving it a go to see what it can do for you. Their claim of using this every day for a week would eliminate pain is prob a little inflated. While using this relaxer for the last week I have found my pain is more tolerable and i do look forward to using each day. Hopeing as time goes on with regular use I can be pain free again!*** The neck stretcher was given to me as part of a trail in exchange for this review.I have only tried this while laying down but it does seam feasible to use this in different positions.

This pillow has been a neck/back/ life saver. I work in OR and work on my computer too to do patient report . So constantly being hunched over I have gotten a lot of pain due to a nerve pinch that make my shoulder blade and lower part of my neck hurts . I bought this neck pillow to see if it would help because the pain! I used the pillow as instructed for 10-20 mins a day after work to rest and it gave my neck the perfect stretch to get rid of any pain or discomfort I was feeling. I love the size and it’s super light and comfortable. This pillow is breathable and soft, it’s super cool and I love that it has a magnetic pillow case that I can take off to wash. This is a great pillow for any neck pain and I would definitely recommend since it’s worked great for me, very comfortable and I am now pain free!! Its easy to clean also. I recommended it to my friend too.

Good quality product that is comfortable for use on your neck for a while! I like the slight neck stretch and it seems to help with my stiff neck from arthritis. However, after about 8 minutes or so, I have to take it away because it gets very hard under my head. I can't use the reverse side at all with the deeper stretch. About 10 minutes is recommended, so I think it does the job and may help a lot of people, but don't be expecting to lay on it on the floor while watching TV for hours! Works pretty well for what it is supposed to do.

This this is AMAZING!I suffer from a bulging disk in my neck and often find my neck and shoulders sore and stiff by the end of the day. This nearly always leads to a waking up with headaches. I purchased this with little hope of any real relief.I was pleasantly surprised to find that with 10-15 min of use before bed nightly, not only was I less stiff, I have been sleeping more comfortably and waking up with far fewer headaches and shoulder pain.In addition to actually working, its also small and easy to store or take with you on the go. Perfect for people working on computers all day or that spend a great deal of time driving.I can not recommend this enough for anyone needed a little relief from neck and shoulder pain.

This neck stretcher is very comfortable and cradles my neck so well with the right support, I use it every night To sleep well. Thanks guys

I sent this back because my neck hurt just touching it. It was very hard.

I look down at my phone (like most humans) most of the day and found regular chin tipping/stretching exercises weren't providing relief. This purchase assisted in a nice, relaxed stretch. I don't use it daily, but weekly, for sure, and I absolutely recommend.

I have used this for over a year now and it functions very well.
