I’ve purchased this twice. The first one had for over a year and a half if it wasn’t for my kids pulling on the metal part to hold the phone so many times it wouldn’t have broken.This is my second one I love the ease of being able to move the phone direction left, right higher or lowerPerfect for my bronco fit right inside the cell phone accessory on my dashboard.Definitely top quality and buy this over and over again any day hands-down

Just installed the mount and all is well thus far. Strong sturdy base & most of the parts are metal so no need to worry about plastic joints breaking from tightness or usage.I bought a magsafe mount separately which has been nice to slap my phone on and off without having to lodge/dislodge from the mount everytime.Product did not come with instructions so I watched the video on this listing. You will also need a 3/16 allen wrench which they did not disclose (kinda annoying), so make sure you have that.I did notice the direction of the mount will not always be fixed as the ball joint at the base is secured in a joint holder. Thus, it stays firm in the up/down direction but it still can be moved left/right. Some would like this feature but if you want it fixed in the same position everytime, well you might want a different mount.The position hasn't moved too much for my liking but I will update this review if it does.

I thought it was going to drop and not hold it's positioning. But after several weeks, it is sitting in the same place holding my Samsung S22.

This mount works great.

Overall this is a good product, made well and a good design.I did find though that I had to readjust it back to the desired position about once a week, due to the slick nature of the ball parts.I fixed this by dipping them in liquid rubber putting sand on them and then dipping them again. This gave them more of a grip to keep it where I want it.

I ordered this, along with a different ball-fitting which held a magsafe charger. I installed it and wrapped the charger wire up with black electrical tape to hide everything. I also go a 90-degree adapter (not pictured here) to plug into the power port of the dash so that the USB-C plug doesn’t stick up anymore. I hardly know the wires are there anymore. I’ve seen other models from other companies, but this just looks more like it fits in the Bronco.The unit is strong and is positionable in lots of different angles to get it exactly how you want. There’s also two female threads where I can probably screw a Go-Pro into.

I love the idea behind this. A few tweaks and I would love the whole product. The ball joints are great and seem to hold well. I wish it had come with a low profile connection for a picatinny rail. And the end which holds the phone is under developed. Needs a handle or ball to hold and supply leverage when installing or removing phone. Also a bumper which would hold it from the dash and sliding back and forth on it. Otherwise a great item. I'll be looking for a few small pieces to complete it.
