Luxurious!
I started using a vitamin C skin serum every morning after it was recommended by a dermatologist. Vitamin C can help with dark spots, and enhances sunscreen. This serum is a very good value for a luxurious experience. I look forward to applying this product to my chest, neck, and face every day. It is silky and smooth, not sticky, gives a light blurring effect to my skin, and smells heavenly - a mix of citrus and vanilla. It wears very well under my moisturizer, sunscreen, and makeup- no pilling or peeling. I do notice a decrease in the amount of pigmentation spots I have - I have a lot of sun damage and there is no product that can undo all of that - but the spots are lighter. The salicylic acid is mild and not irritating and I’m noticing a decrease in pore size over time (and the use of multiple products that work well together). I will be reordering this product.

Pricey but worth it
This is a pricier drugstore product, but really worth the money. It really does help with dark spots and the vitamin C works quite well. It is not sticky or greasy, but you definitely need to use SPF with it. You do get a good amount of product for the price and the packaging is pretty well done for the price a well

Brightening and smoothing
This is so good. Just one bottle and I saw significant changes in my skin. It has made my skin looks brighter, hydrated and smoother though I find it a little bit expensive I think it’s worth it. I found that just a little is enough because when you do too much it gets sticky.

One of my favorite Vitamin C serums
I apply a vitamin C serum every morning after washing my face, and This is one of my favorites. Although the scent is pretty strong and kind of atrocious (typical of L'Oreal skin and haircare products in my opiniom), thankfully I am not overly sensitive to frangrances and it hasn't caused any negative skin issues that I can tell. Although I would 100% prefer an unscented version, I can give it a pass because I personally didn't have a negative reaction to it, but YMMV.Anyway, the bottle is opaque, which should prevent the Vitamin C from going badThe serum itself is thick and feels great on my skin. And I love that in addition to Vit C it contains Salicylic Acid to keep my pores clear and banish blackheads.I have used vitamin C serums for years, but I do think I have seen a difference in my skin since starting with this one. Still, knocking off a star because it doesn't need to smell like a grandmother doused in perfume, and I prefer pump style bottles to droppers. Even so, I am on my second bottle and am now trying the Hyalauranic Acid Eye Serum from the same line to see if that is as good as I've heard.

Such a nice, fresh feeling serum!
I went with the trifecta of L'Oreal Paris serums and this Pure Vitamin C one is so awesome! It has a very light scent and it really goes on nicely, absorbing quickly. I think I notice a brightness that glows despite my mid-life lack of sleep and increased stress. The price is not ridiculous either as compared to some fancier brand names out there. I think that this is doing a good job of helping my skin to stay healthy and glow. I'm happy that it doesn't aggravate my sensitive skin!

Great product
I have ordered this a couple of times now and I can say I notice a pretty big difference in my once dry, dull skin texture. I find it’s more dewy, less noticeable lines, more easily hydrated and more effective use of my other products. I use this in the morning after a milky toner, and bha liquid exfoliant, and before my daytime moisturizer and spf. An absolute must for a complete skincare routine.

Nice 12% vitamin C, Strong fragrance.
I was looking for a higher concentration of Vitamin C. I've been using L'Oréal 10 % pure Vitamin C so I thought I'd try L'Oréal 12% Vitamin C. It's not pure Vitamin C, has Salicylic and E as well which is fine. The reason I wouldn't purchase again is the strong perfume fragrance. I prefer no fragrance, at the most, very light fragrance.

I bought this product under estimating the results . My skin feels smooth and has lightens some my dark spots from sun damage . A must buy again
