Hi since the neck pillow was on the edge of being out of stock, Amazon would delay the fulfillment to decrease orders. All shipments are taken care of by Amazon. It’s out of seller’s control. If you placed the order successfully then Amazon will send you the product. But this time Amazon has been really slow about fulfillment process as the inventory was really low. Now it’s out of stock. Soon when it’s restocked Amazon’s fulfillment process and shipping will be back to normal. Thank you for your understanding!
