This Sleep Aid really works well. I have some nights that I lay awake the entire night, not being able to get to sleep. I tried this and slept like a baby, and somehow the next night I didn't need to take any more of the Sleep Aid, I slept just fine again! This doesn't do anything at all. I have a hard time going to sleep and staying asleep at night. For some reason I can sleep all day long and not sleep at night no matter what I do. It's like my body is permanently in the wrong time zone.Anyway I knew these were likely not going to do anything to me and surprise surprise they didn't. However after mixing w a 20mg melatonin I have been able to get some sleep. Probably isn't the fault of the brand as I'm one of those people that can take a lot of everything and feel nothing (my doctor said it's a specific enzyme or something in my body. I metabolize everything very fast and never feel the affects of anything). Works just like Unisom! Does the job at a fraction of the price! It's a way bigger bottle compared to what I was buying before. Super safe, non addictive. I even let my teenage daughter take it occasionally. Definitely recommend this as an alternative to unisom!
