I've been using these for a few months to add to my greens regiment. Definitely helps and keeps me regular and increases my overall energy levels. It doesn't have a taste unless you hold it in your mouth.

I've missed my alfalfa. Maybe if I'd been taking it all along I wouldn't be in so much trouble now. It's good for your heart as far as I'm concerned, and possibly for pain relief--too early to tell. I've taken it in the past and it does makes you feel better over time--lighthearted, not high. It's not instantaneous. It's rated as one of the top 7 essential something I wanted to treat by WebMD which is why I returned to it.It's a little weird when the tab starts disintegrating in your mouth if you don't grab your water bottle fast enough but it doesn't taste bad. It tastes like any type of grass stalk you might chew on.It might make you gain weight--I think that's why I dropped it from my daily before. Weight gain can be deceptive since many other things could have been the cause of mine besides this cap--I just didn't know it until a few years later.

Good for your teeth we think. Afterall cows usually have good teeth, haha

It just doesn't taste like good alfalfa to me.

I like this product a lot. I feel that it is truly naturally made and I notice the difference in my energy and recovery.
