Kaytee Seed & Suet No Mess Blend Blueberry Flavor 10 Pounds

The best no waste bird seed! Highly recommended! I usually buy 2 at a time, and I sometimes mix it with other bird seed.

I was looking for a no mess feed, and while this may be that for most people, we have some talented squirrels who get around the baffle, and have a feast on our feeders. When they just down, they knock feed everywhere (so much for no mess!) but, not only do the squirrels love it, the birds love it too! The blueberry flavor adds a pleasant smell, and I have seen over 20 different species of birds enjoying this on my feeders!

This bird food is nice because it is no mess, meaning that all the seeds have had the hull removed and everything in the bag is edible, so your deck or patio doesn't get covered in inedible hulls. It is mostly millet, cracked corn and broken bits of sunflower seeds with a few peanuts scattered about. It also contains blueberry suet pellets which I wasn't sure about. I had purchased a different brand that had something similar and the birds didn't seem to care for it, but they have eaten all the suet balls in this food. We have a long trough type feeder on the side of a deck rail and I dump a large amount of food out every day. We have had over 50 different species of birds on our deck, so I like to keep feeding year round. We also get squirrels and chipmunks at the feeder, which doesn't bother me. Everybody has to eat, and I enjoy their antics. We can clearly see the feeder from the house and all the wildlife provides a lot of entertainment. I switch up the food depending on what is the best deal at the time, but I always get the no mess type because... wait for it... it doesn't make a mess!

Birds, squirrels, rabbits and dogs all loved it. They did not provide any complaints. One funny thing was that he birds dropped most of the suet. Dogs and rabbits ate it though. I feel like someone else had reported a similar experience here.

Good price, easy to carry as it was not to heavy. It even attracted the Goldfinch which I have not seen frequent the yard like the other birds.

For a few years now I’ve only used this birdseed. I love that it mess free so I don’t have any rogue sunflowers growing under my feeders and it has the suet balls in it. My outdoor birds seem to love the taste of it and it smells good in the bag.

birds love them but im not crazy that it used "flavoring" instead of natural seeds. that said the birds do enjoy the seeds but you need to clean out the old ones because they go bad and harden in clumps quicker than others i use. overall decent for the price. Id give 5 stars if they got rid of the artificial flavoring junk
