A blessing, EXCELLENT and extraordinary Farsi learning Book!
I’m a Farsi teacher. I've been using different books to teach Farsi Language for the last few years. I found this book to be a blessing, EXCELLENT and extraordinary. All of the materials that I've found for teaching Farsi, even in university book stores, don’t provide a comprehensive approach for learning Farsi. So many books for beginner Farsi learners require that the student knows how to read and write at an unrealistic level before they can fill in the appropriate blanks. As soon as I reviewed the first few days of the book, I just realized that this book is exceptionally well-written and is completely different from other regular Farsi learning books. The book is categorized in 100 days (you can guess from its title!) and in each day, there are several different sections. Each day covers different lessons such as grammar focus, sentence structure, pronunciation, word of the day, idiom of the day, reading, key words, and so on. Each day features relevant examples, common phrases, charts, tables, and vocabulary listings. The path to learning the Farsi language starts with a pronunciation guide and the first three chapters cover Farsi Alphabet (consists of 32 letters). Then, the student gradually and step-by-step learns how to read and write in Farsi. Everything in this book is presented in a logical order! The student has the opportunity to learn at their own pace, repeat the pronunciation and take notes. The good thing is that it comes with a workbook that covers the same lessons. The book provides the readers a simple, straightforward way on how to get to speak fluent Farsi. More importantly, it’s focused and not way too long to cost the readers too much time. The book's main promise was that it would provide its readers with a method that would help them to speak Farsi in a short period of time. After having read this piece, I can say without a doubt that the book went way beyond its initial promise to deliver so much more. This is a remarkably clever, intelligent, and engaging guide for Farsi learners. This book, catering to the Farsi language fluency, is such a great book that there is no need to even scratch your head over the others! This is the book every Farsi learner needs to read!

I am trying to figure out a way to get a refund on this but of course that is another issue of very poor navigation arrangement on the part of amazon
This book should not be sold as kindle ebook. The script/writing is so tiny that it is unreadable. If I zoom up then I lose the bottom of the pages. I am trying to figure out a way to get a refund on this but of course that is another issue of very poor navigation arrangement on the part of amazon. It is so frustrating AND time consuming that it leads you to want to surrender and not continue the effort; I am very disappointed.OK, I managed to find Return & Refund so hopefully I will get the refund and give Amazon \kindle 3 to 4 stars for ease of return.

Excellent Learning tool for beginners in Farsi!
I purchased this book after completing the author's book "Learn to Read and Write Farsi in 7 Days". Although I am only on Day 6, this book is an excellent next step for me as a beginning student of Farsi who understands the alphabet. I recommend accompanying this book with his "200 Essential Persian Verbs" book and get comfortable with conjugation. I use both books together as I study and take notes. Will purchase his intermediate and advanced learning materials in the near future.

This book is one of the best resources I've seen for learning Farsi
This book is one of the best resources I've seen for learning Farsi, as the choice of books and other materials in English is suprisingly scarce for this language. It builds up step by step how the language works, as well as giving you a ton of vocabulary that I think is really helpful and something I've not seen in other textbooks. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because there are many typos in English throughout the book, as well as some undefined words in Farsi that do not appear in the glossary. Also, adding the vowelling for each new word should be consistent throughout the whole book. As a new learner of the language I have no idea how to pronounce many of the new words after lesson 20 or so because the vowelling for each word stops being included. I hope they add this in the next edition of the book. Besides these minor issues, I recommend this resource for all Farsi learners!

Cool book!
Excellent book! As a non-native, learning the alphabet and writing structure really helped improve pronunciation. Spouse is a native speaker and I can compete with what I’ve learned and use it to teach kids. Definitely recommend to those who can grasp the basic reading in Persian language instead of depending on interpretation.

Great if you know how to read Farsi
I'm giving it a 3 because I don't know how to pronounce the words. Otherwise it would be a 5.Would be great if the words were written in English on how to pronounce them

Its a fantastic resource to learn Farsi
Its a fantastic resource to learn Farsi, the book is well over 400 pages, and by the end gets very complex. If you purchase the book, I would also highly recommend to check out the YouTube channel of one of the writers, Reza Nazari, as there he goes over each page of the book and speaks it out so you have a sort of guideline in your learnings

Great book
I bougt the book because farsi is my husband language and i want to learn reading at first and the language. I think it's a good book, when you know someone who speaks farsi fluently, so he/she can help you speaking. I just needed much more time for the lessons.

No romanization system in it
Absurd. It is supposed to be an introductory course and there is no romanized text at all throughout the book in order for you to check how the vowels are spelled, which is essential in Persian. In contrast to Arabic the same written vowel sometimes changes its pronunciation. It throws you directly into the Persian writing system, an unnecessary hurdle for the absolute beginner. Neither do the authors explain any rule about how to pronounce the vowels. You'll have to check other ressources to make sure. Returned it because most other books out there or methods (Online courses, Playstore, etc.) are more conveniant for beginners than this one.

This book is only good for people who already have some knowledge of Farsi ...
This book is only good for people who already have some knowledge of Farsi not for beginners in my opinion. Perfect for what I wanted. Well written and executed.
