Are they all stainless steel? Description says "plastic" and "white" -- ?? Error?

Must be. Mine are all stainless steel. No plastic and no white. They are awesome. I keep one in my purse, car make-up and computer bag.

Anyone ever pass TSA with this?

All the time in domestic flights. They are TSA approved.

Do they come with a key ring to attach to your keys?

They do not. Unless you call the small integrated loop on one of its handles a key ring, but I don’t think that’s what you meant (the loop is meant to be attached to a key ring). The loop has an 1/8” inside diameter.
