Love it
We were super impressed with the simplicity of this table. Only thing is when the top is open, it can be easily tipped. But since we don’t keep it open, it’s really not a complaint for us. Just more of an observation.

Love it!!!
The lift top coffee table was a great choice and I think my dad likes it. Lol It took me about 2hrs to put it together it wasn’t too bad but I noticed some of the screw holes felt too small for the screws which made it almost impossible to screw all the way in (mostly the holes just for the adjusters). Note there’s a little bit of a gap between the top mesh rack and the supporting base almost like it could’ve used another set of screw holes in the middle of the mesh railing. (Not very noticiable) Overall I’m happy with this selection. I also purchased the tv stand and found it to be the perfect match.

Works well for me…
I bought two different brands of these same type of coffee tables at the same time to compare, and both were in the same finish ‘rustic wood’. I kept this one because it was a bit smaller in physical size and also just less bulky-looking, plus the finish looked better for my room. It was also easier to assemble but still very sturdy, the table surface rose over 2 full inches higher than the other one which cleared my knees much better, AND it was almost $70 cheaper too! An overall good value and a very satisfying purchase. Now returning the other one was a pain re-packaging and these things are quite heavy too, but Amazon makes the process on the whole about a good as they can so no complaints and I got what I believe is the best one for my situation.

Took a risk, but worth it.
I know I took a risk as there wasn't any reviews at the time I purchased this item. Pros: everything was packaged nicely and labelled. This comes with a screw driver and Allen key, so if you do not have access to tools, that's a bonus. Comes with extra hardware than what you actually need which is also great. Instructions are clear and to the point and include pictures for each step. Pretty much can put the whole thing together by yourself. The lift top part has soft close hinges. Cleans easy. Looks like real wood/ textured. Cons: have to help the top down if you have items that can spill (hinges are soft close, but sometimes go down hard pending the weight.) Can't put too much pressure on the top when open as table will flip over since base isnt heavy (eating/ laptop work is fine, but don't put your weight on it to lean over and grab something.) The bottom shelf had one thread that would cross thread the screw or not let you put it in at all (even with the extra screw provided,) so I had to put the mesh shelf in the middle to stabilize the bottom portion of the table to still be able to use it. But it serves the main purpose for what I got it for and I do enjoy it very much!

Good for the price
Works fine. Tabletop rises to chin height so hard to work on a laptop comfortably. I needed to add sliders to the feet to get it to slide without scratching my floor. The front panel board was slightly too long and bends into the under draw instead of being flush to the front.

Good not great
Extendable top is super wobbly and doesnt go up and down evenly. Table tips over if moderate Weight is put while extension is up
