No flushing
I purchased this product because it contained one ingredient, the ingredient I need. I use 1/4 teaspoon in a small cup of water. I usually chase with some orange juice because the taste is unpleasant. That doesn't bother me though. I do not experience any flushing from this product.

Definitely mix with 8oz of juice, not water
9/9/2025:My package came on time and the packaging was great. My item came sealed and in tack. As for the item, it didnt come with a measuring scoop so i had to use a scale to measure exactly 500mg. But my scale didnt have a mode for measuring in mg. So I had to do it in g, since 1000mg equals 1g i weight out .5g and mixed it in 4oz of juice, to my surprise the taste was pretty awful. So I tried it with 8oz of juice and it was fine, can bearly taste anything. So i reccomend mixing the 500mg in at least 8oz of juice. I wouldn't do just plain water as the taste is pretty bad. Other then that i putted the rest of the niacin in a sanitized bottle and kept it in the refrigerator. As for the results, I will update this review again within a few weeks or so of any changes. Ty!

This is a quality product at a good price with fast delivery.
Orally, niacin and niacinamide are precursors to NAD and NAD+. Neither NAD nor its precursors such as nicotinamide ribonucleotide have been shown to be consistently bioavailable while micellized forms might penetrate cells too well. The utility of niacin is limited by the availability of the amino acid serine while the utility of niacinamide is limited by the availability of methyl donor compounds such as TMG. Neither should be a problem.Unlike niacin, niacinamide does not cause flushing for either oral or topical use. Oral doses of 100 mg are safe and larger doses might not be any more beneficial. Powdered niacinamide still makes sense for topical experimentation.Vitamin C has been shown to penetrate and reduce the appearance of fine lines/early wrinkles. I have similar hope for niacinamide, both for appearance and protection against actinic cancer.Concentrations between 5% and 20% have been proposed although niacinamide does not appear to be soluble beyond 10% in water-based carriers such as skin cleaners.
