Broke on initial use. Would not recommend.

Could have been a great buy if it worked.
The buckle that holds it all together is made of plastic and it snapped after a few uses. If the buckle was made of a stronger material (metal) this would have been a great buy and an excellent piece of equipment.

the buckle for adjusting the strap broke on the very first use (first rep), and rendered the product unusable
