! Ghia is the Sophisticated, Low-Sugar Future of Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Ghia Apéritif is a game changer for anyone seeking a sophisticated, non-alcoholic option that truly captures the complexity of a classic bitter aperitif. Its sweetness level is refreshingly low, just enough to balance the botanicals, while the bitterness is pronounced and complex, drawing comparisons to high-end Italian bitters like Campari or Cynar, but without the harsh burn of alcohol. It's incredibly easy to mix, creating an instantly satisfying Spritz (2 oz Ghia + 4 oz soda), and is highly versatile for creative cocktails with ginger beer or tonic. The product's premium feel is backed by superior quality ingredients and stunning, heavy-bottle packaging that looks fantastic on a bar cart. Crucially, the nutritional profile is a huge selling point, with minimal sugar and only 5 calories per serving, making it easy to enjoy a Ghia Spritz most nights of the week without a second thought. Highly recommended

Ghia is my new go-to!!
Ghia is easily one of the best non-alcoholic drinks I’ve tried. The flavor is clean and refreshing with the perfect balance of citrus and herbal bitterness that makes it stand out. It’s super easy to mix into a spritz with sparkling water, and the bottle itself looks beautiful and high-quality. You can tell the ingredients are natural, it’s not too sweet, and it’s light enough to enjoy anytime.

Pure water!
This is a poor excuse for any kind of a substitute. It had no flavor whatsoever and I mean none – like pure water with a very water down hint of vanilla. What a waste of money! I’m very disappointed and I’m having a hard time believing in any of the previous reviews. Perhaps I got a bad bottle?

Refreshing, pleasantly bitter blend.
I LOVE this flavor! It is hard to find a mocktail that isn’t sweet, and this is it! I mix it with diet ginger beer for a grownup treat with no alcohol. They still need to work on the cork issues. Nevertheless, just have a corkscrew handy.

Refreshing, Complex, and Perfect for a Grown-Up NA Drink
Refreshing, Complex, and Perfect for a Grown-Up NA Drink I’ve tried quite a few non-alcoholic options, and Ghia definitely stands out. The flavor is bold and sophisticated — not too sweet, with a pleasantly bitter finish that reminded me of a classic Italian aperitivo. It’s got notes of herbs and citrus that really hit the spot, especially over ice with some sparkling water for a quick spritz. It was super easy to make a no-fuss cocktail with — just mix with tonic or soda water, maybe add a slice of orange or rosemary if you’re feeling fancy. The packaging also feels premium and modern, which made the whole experience feel like a treat. Nutritionally, I really appreciate the low sugar and calorie content — I felt good about drinking it during the week as a wind-down without any guilt. It’s nice to have an option that’s both delicious and not full of sugar or additives. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a non-alcoholic beverage that actually tastes adult and unique!

Great Afternoon Cocktail
I am not a drinker but I like afternoon cocktails and this was recommended to me by a friend. I tried it and enjoyed it, as did several of my friends. It is not a common non-alcoholic drink and few people were familiar with it, but they are now as they all asked for the name and said they ordered it. I served it with orange slices and strawberries and it wa delicious.

It’s interesting…
I’m a Negroni lover who quit drinking a year ago. Looking for something with natural ingredients and no added sugar to sip on. First, the product was packed well and the bottle is nice. The decorative cork top broke off upon the initial opening forcing me to use a corkscrew to open it. I mixed 1.5 oz Ghia with maybe 6 oz club soda. It has an interesting flavor, but doesn’t really mimic a Negroni or any appertivo I’ve ever had. Some may like the taste, others will not as with anything. The flavor didn’t hit the spot for me. The rosemary was too heavy in the mix. I don’t like the way it lingers in your mouth. I’ll stick with something like a Phony Negroni or one of the othe NA appertivos, unfortunately most have added sugar or preservatives I don’t care for.

MUST REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING!!!
Really disappointed. Beautiful bottle/careful packaging, and the product tastes good. But it’s very EXPENSIVE. It was a splurge and I was very excited about it. I drank some instead of alcohol on New Years. As an alcohol replacement that only requires a one ounce shot per mocktail, I treated it like a fine, fancy botanical infusion treat. I left it on the kitchen counter overnight, tightly corked. I drank more the following night and had horrible stomach pain! I had eaten my normal healthy diet, so I was perplexed. I began doing research and in teeny tiny lettering on the back of the bottle (listed in a small loop around the back label, it read that refrigeration is required. I further read that this juice should be tossed out if left unrefrigerated for more than two hours and drinking it after a day can cause serious gastrointestinal issues. Great! $40 down the drain AND I’m in pain. The refrigeration instructions need to be far more prominent and easier to read. Really bummed.
