Why is there water inside my new pump?

This is normal. Every unit is tested with clean water before shipping to verify performance. The residual moisture does not indicate prior use — your pump is new.

How do I restart the pump after it has been unused for a long time?

Extended storage may prevent self-priming. Before restarting, manually pour a small amount of clean water into the pump chamber, then power on normally.

Will the pump make noise during operation?

The pump features vibration-dampening rubber feet and a low-noise motor. Place it on a flat, firm surface with tubing free of kinks to minimize operating noise.

What protects the motor during long-term use?

An integrated float switch shuts off the pump when the bottle is empty, preventing dry-run damage. The motor is rated for 1,000+ continuous hours of operation.
