Cooler Drain Fits Perfect
Used this on an older plastic Coleman Polylite 54. Old drain cap was ripped off, and I wanted one that stayed put when opened. Purchased this replacement based on the length of 1โ. Was able to swap out the old and install the new in just a couple of minutes. I inserted an old hex bolt of the correct size into the drain from the inside (gripped with a vise grips), then used a pliers on the outside flange to twist it loose. Reversed the process to install. Did not put any sealer or anything on it as there is a rubber gasket, included, that seals the drain plug from the inside. Looks like the original, and works as intended. Would purchase again if needed (25 years maybe).

Easy to install, didnโt need to replace the cooler when it just needed a drain plug. Saved me money and the drain plug is sturdy.
