I love this steamer! I use it by lying on my bed and I put it on a cutting board behind me for stability. The steam is great! And I love the arm extension , allows for better coverage. It’s hard to clean though. No way to get into the chamber to do good cleaning. I use only pure water but still worried about mold, etc..so, after use , I empty out as much water left as I can , then I take hydrogen peroxide and pour a capful in the chamber , swish it around good, then I place a fan over the hole that the arm screws onto.. and let this flow on it for a couple hours and then the chamber is dry … so this is how I clean it. Great device! Just wish I could get to the chamber to hand clean it .

The media could not be loaded. Works great 👍 produces steam in under 5 min. The added ability to put an oil pad into the neck is really nice for aromatherapy. Compact and easy to clean.

Nice, basic steamer. I bought for my hair and skincare and it works well for both. Heats up quickly (under 5 min) and I haven’t experienced any hot water dripping from spout or anything. I only use my steamer for 10-15 minutes at a time but it could surely go for longer than that if you fill up to the max line.

I received this Facial Steamer and ran it 4 times with Distilled Water. (Please Use ONLY Distilled Water)It Smells Weird at First. It's Plastic. But the Smell was Gone by the 3rd Run. I used a Timer. Steam lasts for about 20 minutes. Reach of the Steam is about 12-15 inches with Ozone On.My Face Does Not Feel Moist nor Hydrated.This Is Not a Lay Down, Relax, and Have a SPA-Type Steam Facial. I Am Returning It.

I'm a licensed esthetician, and I purchased this item for my at home spa for friends and family thinking it would be a convienent choice, easy to move, easy to clean things like that. Number one, the steamer broke on me after 8 uses. It started to spurt out hot water and had a smokey smell to it. I gave up cleaning it, it's unnecessarily difficult to get all up in the part where the water sits. Hard to clean, smells burnt and leaks everywhere. Do not buy, you're better off buying literally anything else.

It's a decent size and holds a perfect amount of water to last about 30 minutes of continuous usage. The temperature is perfect and so relaxing. It pays for itself if you get facials done at the spa because it works just as well! It also helped clear my nasal passages when I was sick. Great purchase!
