Excellent quality. I’ve been wanting a good chefs knife for years. This one will get passed down thru the family! The balance is great with a sturdy handle that fits my hand nicely. The steel has an etched design that I really don’t care about but it does make it an attractive knife. It has a very sharp like I prefer edge. I nice surprise is a sheath to store it that will further protect the blade

An absolute piece of art!..in the knife world...without spending a ton of money. I'm a knife snob. I've built my own, and I have an extensive collection. Nothing speaks to me like a beautiful knife. This one is well built, and had a great edge out of the box. I gave it a few strokes on the strop, and it's razor sharp. I consider it to be an excellent piece of work, at an extremely reasonable price!

I wanted a nice sharp paring knife that looks good to replace my German setup that has repeatedly broken at the tip. This feels much better in my hand and is easier to manipulate around fruits and vegetables. The edge came very sharp and I haven’t had to resharpen it yet after a few weeks of moderate use. Good price point and I recommend!

This knife was a pleasant surprise from the packaging (for safety) and use. I feel like I've never owned a real knife after using this one. Great value.

Very happy with this knife. Blade holds sharp really well. I did cut my thumb while slicing lol. Just be careful! Knife is great love the cover, so when is in the drawer it's protected.
