Extremely unflattering
The actual pants themself are extremely baggy, and the high waist band that only went 3/4 of the way up my tummy was uncomfortably tight, but I couldn’t pull them up because the would ride up my behind. I can’t go down in size because the elastic tummy is already too small... I can’t go up in size because I’m already swimming the legs and waist which is very unflattering. Im already carrying a huge tummy... I want to at least look cute, and be comfortable while doing it... not gonna happen with these pants, it looks like I’m wearing a paper bag.... but the length was good and the materials were quality... wish they fit...

Won't fit if you don't have thick legs and bottom
The best thing I can say about these pants is the panel portion fits. I bought a small, which is what I wear in the regular line of this brand, but the legs and seat are huge, and even though I'm 5'3", they're high water if I pull the panel up to where it should fit.I'm keeping them only because I have to work tonight, and I don't have any maternity scrub bottoms, and my usual scrubs are uncomfortable in the waist. I can't find maternity scrubs in stores locally, so I thought I would give these a try. I won't be buying any more of this brand in maternity.

Serve their purpose!
I wear all Grey's scrubs normally so I naturally bought some maternity pants when I needed them. I am a small pre-pregnancy (5'6, 125lbs) and now I am 27wks (138lbs). After reading the reviews about the weird sizing, I decided to size up and get a medium. I dont regret buying a medium, they are a little too big, but not big enough to where I will return them. Especially given the fact that I am only going to get bigger over the next 13 wks. I find them very comfortable, the elastic band at the top isn't bothersome to me at all and I dont foresee it being bothersome even after I get bigger. Overall I'm pretty pleased with the pants. Could I have gone with a small? Yeah probably. But the mediums are fine and I dont mind a little extra clothing space right now.

Horrible sizing
Who are they making these pants for? The legs are gigantic, the belly band is too low, and there is no butt in them. I have absolutely no butt and huge thighs, when a pair of pants is way too large in the thighs and too small in the rear, I can only assume whoever designed them had never seen an actual human form before! I live greys scrubs, but don’t waste your time with the maternity pants. I tried several sizes... waste of time

Elastic on the belly band part?
The rule to maternity clothes is that you're supposed to buy your pre pregnancy size... which I did. Problem with that was I don't really gain weight anywhere else but my belly. And the elastic at the top of the band (idk why they made them that way, who likes elastic at the top of their stomach?) is too tight for me, and I'm only 6 months. The rest of it fit so perfectly that if I went up to a small, it would be way too big. And that's a shame because these are the cutest I've seen.

Doesn't fit, unflattering, & uncomfortable!!!
These are uncomfortable, unflattering, and ill-fitting! The waistband only went halfway up my stomach and was super tight. My baby bump isn't even that big and the waistband was way too small! They were also kinda tight in the hip, but the legs were huge! I felt like I was wearing clown pants! I can't go down a size because the waistband is already too small and it's too tight through the hip. But I can't go up a size because I'm already drowning in fabric! I'm usually a small in Grey's scrubs, so that's what I ordered. But the amount of fabric used for the legs looks like it was intended for someone who is XXL.. These scrubs are not flattering, to say the least! The material is good quality, but the fit is so bad that I can't wear them at all. So disappointed!

Recommend Highly to all pregnancy uniformed workers!!
So comfortable, love over the belly stretch band. Don’t size up for initial order, I actually sized down. Normally wear XL in their pants (several styles), but the Large maternity pant fit perfect. I just sized up to XL maternity for my 3rd trimester huge bump, and hips were feeling just slightly snug in the scrub portion of the Larges. I’m a NICU nurse and must wear scrub pants, and these make being pregnant comfortable and help support the growing womb!!! Photo was still Larges, and they cover full bump!!

Nice pants, but tight waist band
I do like the fit of the legs of these maternity scrubs (good length, subtle flare). And unlike, several other brands whose belly panel does not stay up these do - however that is because the elastic at the top is very snug. I am wearing them right now at 27 weeks and I think this will be my last time wearing them this pregnancy. I have had to roll the panel down, and even then they are still uncomfortable. However, earlier on before you have a super-pronounced belly, these pants would be functional.
