is this any good as a diet meal replacemnt

Hello, Thank you for your enquiry. Its not designed to be a diet meal replacement. We do have a diet meal replacement product which has high protein with a specially balanced level of carbs, low fats and added micronutrients to allow main meals to be regularly replaced with a shake of just 200kcal, but unlike Pro V-Gain it is not a vegan product. Pro V-Gain is very high protein but does not contain significant levels of other macronutrients, so whilst it is idea for post workout, increasing protein intake, or having in between meals it is not designed to regularly replace main meals.
