I've used dermaneedles before and seeing the expensive ones this one does exactly the same job, also because of the bottles of hydrochloride acid you can put the bottles straight on. The needle length is up to you but I'd suggest not advancing until you are used to a lower level. Be expected to sneeze plenty when you do you're forehead, plus you may have a little blood but that's to be expected you are piercing the skin. Only used a few times bit I believe it makes the skin look better.

I've only used this a few times as needling is recommended every 3 weeks. My skin looks great from the next day. The roller bottle holds and distibrutes your choice of serum at a much smaller cost than many branded ones. I love that you can choose the needle size. Do try to store it upright when not in use as mine did leak the serum everywhere when it fell over.

Impressed with this Derma Microneedle Stamp, did exactly what it should. Plenty of serum came out just how it should. Easy to use and assemble. Wonder if the people who say that no serum came out are because they used a thick serum. I used an EFG serum which isn't watery but also isn't thick, suppose it's trial and error. Will try some other serums. Loved it, using it on my face atm.

Where is the serum that comes in the bottle???? It's useless without the serum, the one I ordered before had the serum and was cheaper but this one is more expensive without the seru,m ??????

Easy to use feels like it's doing my skin a service but need to be careful and not to heavy handed

The glass jar was jammed in so tight that when removed the whole seal came off and could not be put back together. Disappointed. Returned and got my money back.

Working wonderful.

It didn't dispense any of the serum and its bad even as a derma pen.
