The ashes do sometimes fall on to the side. My incense stick fits perfectly and it looks good and convenient to use But yes, sometimes few ashes will fall out of the tray

This was exactly what I needed!! I love burning incense and always light two sticks. Prior to this handy dandy apparatus, I would have one in the holder and the other wedged in beside it. Ashes got everywhere!! I wasn’t sure something like this existed when I initially googled it! This particular burner is perfect in price and functionality! I’m so glad that I got it!

Good quality material and build. Looks good. Works very well. All ash falls inside. Nothing falls out. Does not make any mess. Very good product.

Sage is a very nice fragrance indoors, bought them for the cottage.

The one I received, assembled incorrectly, when I place the incense stick, the burnt portion falls onto the flat surface. I tried to re-aligned it, it won’t, did not want to push it too much, did not want to damage it, will be returning it.
