JoovyRoom2 Waterproof Fitted Sheet

I purchased an extra waterproof sheet to use on my new JOOVY New Room2 that arrived today. This is the same waterproof sheet that is now being shipped with the NR2. It's always nice to have the spare to use when it's time to wash the sheet that's being used. Like the original, this has nice deep pockets to fit well under the mattress and won't pop off, especially if you use the straps that hold the mattress to the frame. It's a soft velour-like material on top and quiet waterproofing on the bottom. The slits where the straps go through are reinforced to prevent wear.Some of the reviewers mentioned that the mattress wasn't soft enough. I put both of the waterproof sheets on at the same time so if the top one gets soiled, it's easy to remove and the second sheet is ready to go with no hassles. It also helps to add another layer of softness and keeps extra blankets or other possible suffication hazzards (like an aftermarket mattress) out of a young baby's way.The only small disappointment with this sheet was a few dirt marks (that wiped off easily) even though the sheet was completely sealed in a plastic bag and in a heavy cardboard box. Annoying, but not enough for me to take off a star. If my experience with this purchase changes I'll update my review.

My neighbor gave me her Joovy Room 2 as she no longer needed it. I noticed it didn’t come with a sheet and found this in Amazon. Some reviews claimed it didn’t fit but I found that it fit perfectly. Also has slits to put the Velcro straps through to keep the mattress in place

This sheet for the "mattress" in the Joovy worked out very well for us. I had read other reviews that it didnt fit, but you need to put the sheet on, then lift up the mattress while it is on and lay it flat again. If you wiggle it around a little bit it fits perfectly with no problems. We needed to use the Joovy as a "crib" for our two year old on vacation who does not fit in a regular sized pack and play anymore, but can not handle the freedom of a regular bed or sleeping bag. It was perfect, no complaints.

I bought this waterproof fitted sheet for the Joovy Room2. I liked having this fitted sheet as a cover for the black bottom of the playard. My infant son would eat or drink milk and all of it would soak through to the playard's bottom.The playard comes with a fitted sheet already, but it is not waterproof. Before the waterproof sheet, I would double and triple layer the sheets (I used my son's regular crib sheets, which did not fit the Joovy Room2's square frame, and the Joovy fitted sheet that came with the playard.)I like this Waterproof sheet. It washes and cleans well.

The Joovy Room 2 playpen comes with a basic cotton fitted sheet, but it is not waterproof. When my daughter spits up and drools, it would soak through that sheet to the playpen's padded bottom. This waterproof sheet is much thicker and is a SUPER SOFT chenille/velour material that has a waterproof backing of some sort, preventing the soaking through! And I LOVE the luxurious feel of the waterproof sheet! So much nicer for my daughter to lay and play on. Plus it is nice to have a clean, properly fitting sheet to put on while the other is in the wash. I highly recommend!

The thickness is great but it doesn’t not fit the Joovy playpen nicely after a wash because of this I would expect this product to be a little cheaper. But Joovy knows what they’re doing because other brands won’t fit.

Color options would be nice.How they made the fitted sheet waterproof was putting a waterproof layer below the softness. It looks sort of easy to tear. I don't see these fitted sheets keeping up for many years. Overall I am very pleased with the Joovy fitted waterproof sheet.

OMG we love it! it's so soft, and fits the Room2 mattress perfectly. We could never get our 7 mos old to sleep anywhere but in bed with us until we were traveling and had no choice but to try getting him to sleep in his pack n play. This awesome sheet made all the difference! So soft and cozy, he slept like a champ.
