Initially it appeared good but inside pipe got broken in 10 uses.Not expected the same as the pipe used inside is of inferior quality.It may lead to injury too.

For the initial 2-3 months, the product worked fine. But then suddenly one day while using it, it broke completely. Given that it can't handle the weight of a 75kg man, I don't think it's good for people of this weight or above

I bought itr six months ago specifically to use after my runs to help with muscle recovery. Here's what I've found after consistent use:Pros:Effective: The high density of the roller is perfect for targeting sore muscles and tight spots. I've definitely noticed a reduction in muscle soreness after my runs since using this roller.Portable: It's lightweight and easy to toss in a gym bag or to keep at home for whenever you need a quick massage.Durable: After six months of regular use, the roller is still in great shape and shows no signs of wear and tear.Cons:May be too firm for beginners: As it is a high-density roller, it might be a bit too intense for people who are new to foam rolling.

This roller is exactly what I been searching. Not too much friction compared to the spiked one I returned. Just that if they have colors, I prefer purple or mauve compared to black. The rectangle grids make it exact for the muscles to be massaged. Good for powerlifting athletes suffering from piriformis syndrome or sciatica pains. Relief. If only the width could by 36cm or 40cm

Roller is good for back pain, but quality wise I Will give 3stars..

Lasted not longer than 1 month. After the pipe broke within a month itself , I contacted their service on whatsapp, I was preferring a refund as I believed this was not because of manufacturing defect and product quality itself was sub-standard but their responses implied :" We only replace the one with white core and you may want to instead order the one with green core/pipe (with additional payment) " and they could not give even one reason why green will be long lasting than white. The support person's message tone sounded like : "take it or leave it. " I went for the replacement as didn't feel like putting more money into this product range. The replacement took almost 15 days after couple of follow-ups and even this unit broke within a month's of usage. I only used these units 5 mins a day and I am average height and weight person. I don't see myself purchasing any of this or other brand's hollow units.
